‼️LESSON ALERT‼️

Last week I spent the day with the uber talented @spiceseauk learning the art of cooking Ayurvedic food.

Not only did we cook incredible dishes @salty_om taught me more about the importance of gut health, longevity, mental focus and the correct way to activate spices. Plus the key carrier foods to release vital nutrients into the bloodstream effectively - for maximum power 💥

I left with a wealth of knowledge and confidence to carry this forward in my own cooking techniques.

You too can have a lesson with @spiceseauk - whether you’re a beginner or just want to further your cooking skills and understanding.

What a great day. THANK YOU 🧡
