Putting myself out there

The face behind the account.....with the grafter behind all the big DIY projects......let me introduce you to Mr @chezmeehan .
Bless....he doesn't flinch when I introduce him to new projects without giving him the brief....without giving him a choice......he has the final say when it comes to the garden......inside....sorry ....my territory.
He has learned to trust my process 🥰

P.S. I'm the small one on the left 🤣🤣

Worth a try. Monetary value: £0. Sentimental value: arguably also £0. 😂 okay but seriously who else has commented on those posts and has anyone actually ever been sent anything?! Not me!

Slow Saturday mornings 💕☕️

Life looks a little different around here these days, and there’s a lot I’m still getting used to… but one tiny silver lining is that once a week I now get to go to bed knowing that, for one whole morning, no one needs me 😂

Just waking up when I wake up, making a tea and getting back into bed in my cosy colourful bedroom. 🌸

My boys are my world and we are doing everything we can to make things as calm and happy for them as possible — but I’m learning that I’m allowed to really enjoy the quiet bits too. And this little pocket of calm once a week is lovely. 💗

I’M ON THE COVER OF A MAGAZINE 😭🌸💕

Honestly… what?! 😂 I knew my home was going to be featured in @homestylemaguk, but seeing ME and my pink living room on the actual COVER is completely surreal. Thank you @homestylemaguk 💖

It hasn’t exactly been the easiest year, and there have been a lot of moments lately where life has felt pretty overwhelming, so I can’t tell you what a massive pick-me-up it was to see this today 🥹💕 Sometimes something lovely comes along at exactly the right time.

After 15 years of renting and dreaming about all the things I’d do one day when I finally had a home of my own… apparently one of those things was painting almost everything pink, including my air fryer 😂💗

I started this account to document turning a very ordinary house into the colourful home I’d had in my head for years. I genuinely never imagined it would end up on the cover of a magazine.

So yep… I’m officially calling myself a COVER GIRL now 💁🏻‍♀️🌸😂

The October issue of @homestylemaguk is out now! 💕

BRB while I buy approximately 47 copies 😂

I don’t think I’ve ever properly shown you the view of the whole garden from up here 💕🌿

It’s definitely in its slightly wild, end-of-summer era 😂 but seeing the little pink office at the bottom genuinely makes me so happy.

I love how much colour has slowly crept outside too — apparently I’m incapable of owning anything without eventually turning it pink or lilac 💗💜

Swipe for a little wander down the garden ➡️

What a glorious day it is here in Shropshire ☀️🍂

Belly Boo making the most of the glorious weather on her perch this morning 🐾🤎

I’ve been a little caught off guard this week with an abscess that’s refusing to do one after a previous root canal 🙄 So, more antibiotics prescribed… honestly, it’s been a blooming nuisance 😂 so I didn’t get much more faffery done!

Anyhoo, enough about that! Here are some sunshine-filled stills of my Autumn Doorway 2026 🍂🤎

Autumn has officially arrived at Mulberry Home and I’m absolutely here for it!

So, what are you all up to this weekend, lovelies? 🥰☀️🍂

Much love
Sar xx
