Day 2/100 Play-list challenge: doing one thing a day that lights me up.

Today I delivered my favourite Healing, But Fun workshop for the fam @spiffnuggs & @tim.mhine 🌞

In addition to my dance events this workshop has been my art the past 3 years.

While my dance events are designed to be an explosion of joy.

This Healing Compass experience is more subtle. Like a journey where you reconnect to someone you love but havnt seen in a long time.

You’re flooded with feelings of joy and by a sadness that you didn’t get to spend more time with them over the past few years.

At my dance events Woman mostly cry happy tears. This workshop is the event where most men cry ❤️

I believe we have four emotional needs in life:
1. Connection - our bond with others
2. Choice - the freedom to choose our life path
3. Mastery - the ability to develop skills we love
4. Meaning - feeling like our work is serving a cause greater than ourselves

In the workshop we identify which one you’re feeling the most stuck with.

Followed by a process to remove the fear that’s keeping you stuck.

See it like removing the rocks that previously kept water from flowing.

Delivering this experience is one of the only moments in life everything goes quiet, all existential angst disappears and the little Nic inside beams with joy ☺️

In February of this year we started Rise & Vibe with 10 people as a test to see if people enjoyed it.

Over the course of the year we’ve now had over 100 people starting their day with a dance 🥳

I’ve set myself the challenge to get 100 people participating total for the last one this year, starting December 1st, you keen?

I’ll add you to a group chat where each night for the first 5 days of December I’ll share one of my favourite uplifting bangers 🌞

The invitation is some time between when you wake up and when you leave the house for the day, you dance 🕺🏼

It’s free to join - answer in the poll below or shoot me a message ❤️

Ps. If anyone wants to know the CapCut limit on overlays, it’s 34 🤣

With our driver training complete (previous experience of Prince Philip mounted games not essential but preferred!) and the opening party survived, we were let loose on the roads of Sri Lanka with our fellow tuk tukkers, on what can only be described as as the very best, high-octane, overseas scavenger hunt on three wheels, with new friends from all over the world!
.
With up to 1000km ahead of us, at a speed of no more than 40km/hr, there was a lot to explore and so much to see from our trusty steed Tina. And so the MG3 2.0 were born!

After dancing at the Opera House 3 years ago, I thought how epic would it be to do this at all of Europe’s most iconic monuments 🪩

Well that crazy dream is coming to reality over the next few weeks ⚡️

We’ve partnered with @staygenerator to bring these epics to life 🌞

If you’re in Berlin, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Paris or Barcelona in the next 3 weeks, watch this space 👀

Vibe Rise Euro Tour 2026 is coming soon 🤪🤪🌞
