Movie Review: Stolen Baby: The Murder of Heidi Broussard
Genre: Crime, Drama, Thriller
Rating: 7/10

Stolen Baby: The Murder of Heidi Broussard is such a disturbing and heartbreaking story, especially knowing it is based on a real case. The movie follows the shocking disappearance of Heidi Broussard and the investigation that uncovers a horrifying betrayal involving someone she trusted. What makes the story so unsettling is how quickly a situation that should have been a happy time for a new mother turns into a nightmare.

I found the story incredibly hard to wrap my head around because of how cruel and calculated everything was. The idea that someone could take advantage of another person’s trust in such an unimaginable way is genuinely terrifying. The movie does a good job building suspense as more details come to light, and it keeps you wanting to know how everything is going to unfold.

What makes this story especially heartbreaking is that real people experienced this tragedy, which makes the events even more difficult to watch. It is a reminder that sometimes the most shocking stories are the ones that happen in real life.

Overall, Stolen Baby: The Murder of Heidi Broussard was an emotional, disturbing, and suspenseful crime movie. The story itself is heartbreaking, and I was left thinking about how devastating the situation was for everyone involved. If you enjoy true-crime-inspired dramas, this is definitely one to watch.
