While trying to make up new moves with this fun little workout device called The Spin Gym I made the mistake of getting it too close to my hair….

Now I’m bald! 👨‍🦲

🤣

Thank you @joshuaself.esi and @forbes_riley for saving me and I’ve been using the spin gym regularly, just not behind the back. 😝

Today is a fun day. It is well deserved after a week full of rehearsals and shows.
How fun to do a work out and use the SpinGym by @forbes_riley in front of the Hollywood sign.

“Your goals are the road maps that guide you & show what is possible for your life”

This by far has been one my most rewarding & memorable goals achieved working for two years live on TV as a fitness model and advocate for health & wellness on QVC. What makes it more special for me was the fact as a young kid me and grandmother (Nan as I called her) we used watch this tv show live all the time. She used to say for years you will on that show one day. Sadly she passed away months before I got the call to be selected for the tv show in London. But this was an experience I will never forget with an awesome team of models, presenters & @forbes_riley.
Set yourself the goal, visualise that goal to point you feel it and radiate that energy and the universe will respond 😃🥰💪🏾 #wednesdaywisdom #lawofattraction #health #goals #fitfam #qvc #television #wellness
