Good afternoon furriends and happy spooky Sunday! 👻

Hope you’re all having a terrifyingly terrific, tail-wagging weekend 🤭

I’ve been getting into the spooky spirit on my sniffaris and stumbled across this rather creepy little house ! 🕸️
With cobwebs everywhere, some frightening faces in the windows and a whole skeleton crew lurking in the bushes, I thought I’d better stop and investigate 🤭

The locals weren’t particularly chatty though 💀
Not a single tail wag from any of them! Talk about a tough crowd 🤣

I’ve got a doggy Halloween tea pawty to attend soon, and I can’t wait to see all my furriends in their fancy dress 🤩

Wishing you all a howling good day! 🎃

What a week celebrating the release of @aaniffenegger’s long-awaited sequel to The Time Traveler’s Wife, Life Out of Order 🕰️

We headed to York and Manchester with the wonderful @the.wandering.chapter, took over the escalators at London Waterloo and the big screen at Manchester Piccadilly, and watched the incredible @art_by_juliet_townsend bring the book to life with a beautiful hand-painted window at @maldonbooks.

Thank you to all our partners, hosts, creatives, bookseller friends and everyone who came along to celebrate with us!

This is just the beginning…

Cheers.

Stay for another. Close-up photograph of a summer display in Spinningfields, Manchester. Artificial orange trees frame a table with orange-coloured drinks in a glass and carafe, bright pink flowers in a blue pot, and lush green foliage.

Have you spotted these statues yet? 🐘

There’s nine giant golden wildlife statues dotted around @spinningfields, all to raise awareness of these incredible animals at risk of becoming extinct.

You can find the ‘Wild About Wildlife’ exhibition by @gillieandmarcart throughout Spinningfields now - go and see if you can spot them all.

Meet your new seasonal favourites: Shish Barak, our Lebanese lamb dumplings in a rich tomato sauce, and the Roomana Royale, a little pomegranate and orange blossom magic topped up with Prosecco ✨

Taking healthcare education beyond the clinic 🎤

A few snippets from my recent workplace health talk at 3 Hardman Street, Manchester!

I loved having the opportunity to educate working professionals about their bodies, movement and the importance of looking after their health throughout the working day.

Small changes in our daily habits can make a big difference over time. 🤍

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to dedicate some of your working day to health and wellbeing!
