Well... Another new watch has arrived. It needed a bit of maintenance, but luckily, I was able to solve it without going through a proper watchmaker shop 😳

New (NOT) a watch alert 🤭 A Hanhart Protons Minion spy watch. Obviously, it is still missing the recorder and cables, yet I find it interesting enough to share 😁

After months of waiting, putting it on the wrist feels amazing. The pocket knife is a small treat found while waiting 🤓

What a mighty fine looking pair of Alacduses, Alcadi? What would you call them? 🤷‍♂️ 😂

Joking aside, Yook Hong of @alcaduswatches got this watch so right from the outset, it's difficult to see what could be improved for V2. Which one do you like more, left or right?

The Quantra has elegant proportions (36mm x 44mm and 10.5mm thickness), an attractive decorated and regulated micro-rotor movement, sculpted case sides, sapphire crystal and luxurious leather straps crafted by Tanneries Haas.

And the best thing? It comes in under £500! I could have easily bought both as these are right up my street, but ultimately opted for the blue dial.

Well, I’m not sure if I’ve posted this picture before, maybe in a story, I’m guessing.😅

I’m Sash and I’ve been collecting vintage watches for about 15 years. I’ve always been interested in them, ever since I was allowed to play with a Reverso as a child. 😅

After initially buying larger and somewhat modern watches, I had a change of heart and moved on to smaller and older models.

And I was lucky enough to learn from an older collector as a protégé and take over a part of his collection.

Stay tuned for what’s to come, as I haven’t shown a large part of the collection yet.😉

Love goes out to the wonderful watch community here on IG!

I gotcha' back, Sash 🕺
