Can’t begin to express how thankful I am to have gotten the chance to run the @berlinmarathon for a cause so close to home. Over $10K raised for the @cf_foundation while crossing off world major #1 in the same breath

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported Kylie and I along the past year, we couldn’t have done all of this without you (or the guy who gave me a Red Bull at 40km). The race didn’t go exactly as planned, but it was such an incredible day and the crowds were electric. Til next time 🇩🇪🍻

Starting over, humbled after gallbladder eviction. No pace goals, No ego. Just grace and gratitude for forward momentum.

And it turns out, giving yourself grace looks a lot like baking too much bread and moving at toddler speed ☯️

july is looking very booked and very fun!!!

we’re kicking things off with a christmas in july ride pack that we’ve never done before! this offer is available through july 31st, and the rides are yours to use through december 31st.

only 20 packs are available, so when they’re gone, they’re gone! (we’ll keep you updated on how many are left throughout the month)

plus, we’ve got theme rides, a saturday pop-up with @flyingfalcontherapies, and plenty of reasons to get yourself on a bike this month!

swipe for the full july scoop 🍦

joy is powerful! community is powerful! creating spaces where people can show up exactly as they are is powerful!

because joy is an act of resistance. showing up as yourself is an act of resistance. making sure everyone knows they belong is an act of resistance.

thank YOU for trusting us with your joy, your energy, and your hearts yesterday. we’re incredibly proud to be part of a community that chooses love EVERY single day. 🏳️‍🌈🫶🏳️‍⚧️
