Empower Vault Summit was an inspiring and impactful experience. The calibre of speakers and the diversity of perspectives shared made the programme a valuable platform for young people to reflect on purpose, leadership, entrepreneurship and the opportunities available to us.

From Hon. Afenyo-Markin’s call to young people to move from asking “what can I get?” to “what can I give?”, to the insights from Bayo Adedeji,Hon. Baba Seidu Isifu, Prof. Rosina Kyerematen and the other distinguished speakers, the message was clear: our generation has enormous potential, but we must be intentional about developing ourselves and using our talents to create value.

As young people, we cannot afford to wait for opportunities to find us. We must discover our purpose, build our capacity, create opportunities and take responsibility for the kind of future we want to see.
