To whom it may concern,

We’ve been basking since March 23rd. Basking in our ability to see a thing before it’s born. In the gift to know a thing before it’s thought of. Basking in moments before the heel hits the ground. Basking in the stride of the unknown.

I will no longer attempt to shrink @mecision.me into something that dissolves quickly for instant gratification. I will no longer attempt to sum up the vision for one to “quickly see”. I will no longer preface the MEcision experience with “basically it’s…”. I wasn’t born from “basically”. Neither was my mother. We weren’t designed to shine digitally.

So yes, you will have to read my emails, newsletters, and posts to grasp a glimpse of the movement. And your transformation lies in your ability to participate in your own evolution. My desire is to build those spaces that support just that.

MEcision will always be a hug and never a handshake. We may not always be spot on, but we vow to learn from your experience so you will feel welcome at any of our doors. MEcision is about Healing, Progress, Growth and the Maintenance of those things. And that shit ain’t popcorn.

This was the best 4 min (3 mins here) capture of what The Move Out is and will be. The upmost gratitude to those in attendance who allowed us to capture what could not be put into words. You allowed us to be in your healing space and process and that is not easy. May your courage inspire others to show up and evict what doesn’t serve them. Cameras will not be at every event. Thank you @conveyvisuals for protecting the sacred space that The Move Out is with your intentionality behind the lens.

With that said, we will always just be getting started. We love that place. It’s magical. Follow @mecision.me and sign up for the mailing list with an email you check.

With Love from every cell,
Asha Adia Santee

I do not own original audio.

Absolutely obsessed with this magical crystal pyramid from @spirit.candy 😍

As I said to Sheila, it literally feels like the inside of my soul and connects to my inner child. From the second I unboxed it, I felt a sense of peace but also excitement.

What Sheila didn't know is that this arrived at the perfect moment! I am hosting my first virtual manifestation workshop today. The orgonite at the base of the pyramid is designed to transform and transmute frequencies, clearing negative energy to you attract the intention you wish to manifest.

Divine timing is really something ✨

Thank you so much, Sheila! I will treasure this gift.

We have all been victim to negative thinking. It’s not that we want to think that way, it just happens naturally. But what happens when we disrupt negative thinking? We speak different, we feel better and we move more courageously.

The power of affirmation can really change your reality in life. Every day I’m reminded by someone or something that I am him. I am that somebody who can be great in every aspect of life. Whether it be from friends, family, or a great book my circle is here to lift me mentally, and I am so gracious for that.

The decision to create, to get fit, to eat healthy, to be great all starts with you saying that you can. And once you do this, the trajectory of you achieving your goal is 99% the other one percent comes from you doing. Remember mind over matter my friends!

What do you do for daily affirmations? Any special thing you tell yourself? Any dope friends like HLS in your circle pumping you up? Let me know in the comments!

A beautiful evening of spiritual opulence hosted by @unitedstatesofmika @spirit.candy and @fototrophic. Wonderful time connecting with beautiful souls and sharing some wisdom with each other. Thank you all for showing up and showing yourselves. That full moon eclipse really set the tone.

What do you focus on is what you create. It is important to gain self-awareness and understanding about what it is. You struggle with. It is equally important to have a strategy to have tools to demagnetize those intense emotions and struggles. Talking about them without doing anything to change them just creates more of the same result. There is another way. It is easier and faster and less painful than traditional methods. #subconscious #mindfulness #healing #alignment #emotionalhealth #hashtag #trending #reels #viral

Thank you to sisters like Sheila Bunn, who poured into sister Jaren and showed us the power of sisterhood. We will continue to amplify the voices of Black women in food and share the importance of belonging and support when the world turns their back on us. We can not. We must not. Sisterhood is our medicine.

This year was even more important because we addressed food waste and how Black women can relate and participate. We must not waste our time, talent, and treasures.

See you at the next Sisterhood Supper! We kick off WANDA Week and support the Food Shero Freedom Fund and Food Bill of Rights. See the full video in the bio link.
