Announcing The Yoga Expo LA 2023 Speaker Spotlight! Rev. Dr. Louise-Diana @spiritdr

Change- Growing Through The Transitions of Life

It’s been said that the only thing we can count on is change.
Even if the change is expected and positive, we can still struggle with the effects. It helps to be aware how stressful change can be, but also be aware that the stress is unlikely to last. It's important to take action if the effects last a long time after the change happened. When things change, it can be helpful to understand what's happening in our bodies and how the change could be affecting us. Each stage of life brings new changes and requires new ways of thinking.

As the creator of the personal growth concept, Inner Fitness, Rev. Dr. Louise-Diana is a yoga therapist, certified clinical hypnotherapist, Science of Mind Minister and life coach. She holds a masters degree in theology and a Ph.D. in comparative religion. For four decades, she has worked with thousands of students and is committed to a world of healthy people mentally, physically and spiritually.

We have a good thing going. Having a beach yoga routine with @winstonchurchjill & @spiritdr feels peak cali 🙏. Ate hamburgers on the beach, celebrated a very fun birthday @amiameri21 🥰 (with everyone confirming NEGATIVE covid results first), hiked, painted, ate some stuff.

Grateful for this beautiful life.
