Don’t give up too soon. 🤍

And while we could apply that to so many areas of life, today we’re talking skincare.

Here’s the thing. Your skin doesn’t change overnight, and neither will every concern you’re trying to address.

Some products give you that lovely hit of hydration almost immediately, while others need a little more time to show you what they can really do.

For things like fine lines, pigmentation, texture and breakouts, 60 to 90 days can be a realistic window to start seeing meaningful results.

But here’s the important part. Giving your skincare time to work doesn’t mean putting up with weeks of irritation. There’s a difference between being patient and ignoring what your skin is telling you.

Consistency matters. Patience matters. And knowing when something isn’t right for your skin matters just as much.

Good skincare isn’t always instant, but it should always make sense. 🤍

Take the leap. 💜
Book that course. Attend that workshop. Walk through those doors, even when you have no idea what’s waiting on the other side.
Stop listening to the white noise of other people’s opinions. Not everyone will understand your journey, and they don’t have to.
Sometimes someone sees something in you before you’re ready to see it in yourself.
I was fortunate to have someone encourage me to take chances, believe in myself and keep moving forward.
I heard those words, but I didn’t always know how to receive them. I wasn’t used to that kind of encouragement.
It took me time to understand that someone else’s belief in me could be genuine. And even longer to start believing in myself.
So here’s to taking chances, opening doors and discovering what’s waiting on the other side.
And to the person whose encouragement stayed with me, even when I wasn’t ready to act on it… thank you. ❤️
Keep opening those doors. You never know where they might lead. 💋

Sitting alongside 19 powerful and successful women at a pool in the sun for 5 days taught me once again how strong community is. What we build is what lasts.

My intention behind The Power Of Presence is for a community to lean in to when things get hard and one that will be there to cheer on your successes!!

I took a chance on myself. And then something pretty freaking amazing happened.

A whole bunch of women decided to take a chance on me, too. ❤️

Women who aren’t afraid to show up, be seen, take up a little space and maybe make a little noise while they’re at it.

And somewhere in the middle of all that audacity, we found each other.

Who knew being a little audacious could turn into something this damn good? 🔥

Palm Springs, you were a pretty special place to land. 🌴

From the moment we arrived, it was the little details that made it feel real. Seeing our names on the door, finding the thoughtful extras laid out on each bed and getting ready for our first evening together.

And then, there we were. Around a table with women from different places, with different businesses, experiences and reasons for saying yes to this retreat.

Hearing everyone’s stories, learning why they were there, sharing a meal, laughing and dancing.

It’s easy to focus on the destination, the photos and all the beautiful details. But it’s the people who give an experience its deeper meaning.

I’m grateful I said yes to this one.

Life beyond work, founder life, new perspectives, stepping outside your comfort zone, making memories

We covered a lot of ground in 5 days.

Anyone want an itinerary? ⬇️

Starting with @thespotlightauthority for an audacious accelerant to bring visible. The heat was high in @visitpalmsprings and our stay @spiritofsofia

Then we ventured to @sheratonparkanaheim for our stay in-between our @disneyland and California adventure park excursions.
