Big things coming very shortly to Plaza Midwood Have a dream? Time to go for it, compadre. No one is going to do it for you. At a time when Plaza Midwood is being occupied by private equity backed companies and huge multi-state chains, it’s time to invest in the neighborhood. Let’s keep plaza local.

Demo day! Huge day for Residency as the plans are being executed for our build out of a piano experience opening in 2027. Ever been to a residency show before? Check out our videos to see what we do. It’s a really great feeling to be in the room with people you love singing at the top of your lungs. Some surprise stuff is coming by way of what this space will offer, so stay tuned! #localbusiness #local #pianobar #charlottenc

Residency Early 2027 Friends, we are getting a little antsy over here as this construction gets underway. Excited to see the demo happen Monday evening and the building begin! If there’s one piece of decor you want to see in this room, what would it be? Dream big, our budget is unlimited* Walls are coming down, floor is being cut, and the pipe is being laid asap as we race to finish this thing as soon as possible. Fear not, you’ll see the whole process, if you’re into that sort of thing. * this is not true. #charlottenc #smallbusiness #livemusic

We got a little confused on what Charlotte Fashion week meant. @montgomerymajor nailed the fashion week and @sean_kett_comedy nailed Charlotte Fashion. Two very different correct answers. #charlotte #comedy #fashionweek

Today our DSU Executive Team got to step away from the office and just spend some time together! We headed to Splatter Charlotte and had an absolute BLAST making art, laughing, and getting to know each other even more! They told us today, β€œThere’s no such thing as ruining anything,” and I think that was the perfect message for this team. Everyone added their own piece to the canvas, and without every person who was there, it wouldn’t be what it is. Once it dries, we’ll peel back the sticker in the middle and reveal the DSU logo! That canvas will hang in our office at Winthrop and be a reminder of this team and the memories we’re making together for years to come. A TIME was definitely had! πŸ˜‚ But more than anything, we are grateful for the opportunity to build this team, build relationships, and continue becoming a family. A huge shout up to everyone at splatter Charlotte, it’s definitely something our team will always remember If you’re ever looking for something fun to do in Charlotte, GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!

Today was my son's first day back at school which means back to our normal full time studio schedule (& structure, hallelujah)! Trust me, I was still working hard all along (albeit on a wonky schedule) but swipe right to see some of my favorite moments from this summer! I think more times than not, we totally forget small businesses are ran by real humans with families and whole freaking lives outside of work. So, I hope you enjoy a sneak peek into mine! 🫢 Thank you for being here 🀍 #smallbusinessowner #workingmom #mompreneur #smallbusiness
