Delighted to have completed another Hot Yoga Daily Challenge for Charity. This year it’s for fireaidla.org and artists4change.org both of whom are helping people hit by the LA fires last month when I started my Challenge. Grateful to my teachers @bridgettane , @splgoddard and @tulaparker.yoga for their undying assistance. And here’s a couple of pics of my best postures this year. I’ll spare you my worst but they were there too! Please give generously for this year’s cause if you feel so moved. Thanks in@advance Mickey

⭐️ MASTER CLASS - HOT CLASSIC - 3 sets with senior teachers Bridgett Ane and Simon ⭐️

Friday 17th Nov 16:30-18:30

This a fun variation of our Hot Classic class where 3 sets are being done and co-taught by senior teachers Bridget Ane and Simon Goddard.

The Original Hot Classic is made up of 26 beginning hatha yoga postures & 2 breathing exercises. Traditionally, we practice 2 sets of each pose over 90 minutes. In this extended 3rd set class, you’ll have a diagnostic 1st set, a chance to improve refine in 2nd set; in the 3rd set you can either repeat with less effort & more ease for the highest level of therapeutic benefit, or watch others or show courage & creativity.

The class is 2 hours and a bit more casual like a workshop and may be accompanied by music, plus at lower heat. Come and have fun, take your practise to the next level and learn from senior teachers BridgettAne and Simon. For all levels, Don't miss this opportunity!

Almost 30 yrs ago, I met an extraordinarily talented and unique 15yo. She played Anne Frank and I played Peter Van Daan…for many years and incarnations.
Yesterday I finally met her twinkly-eyed husband, Simon!!
A delightful but too brief reunion!
Love you!!! #anneandpeter #oldfriends #rightasrain #streetsigns ##1993 #🌈🏳️‍⚧️🌈🏳️‍⚧️🌈🏳️‍⚧️🌈🏳️‍⚧️🌈🏳️‍⚧️🌈🌈🏳️‍⚧️🌈
