POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

One week since The Overgrowth and I still can’t believe it’s over. The creatures went places they’ve never gone before. Thank you for coming with them.

Other thanks are in order. First and foremost, Elise, Vanessa, and the @spokethehub team. This project LITERALLY would not have happened without your belief in our vision. For any creatives looking to show work, THIS is the place and THESE are the people.

deep gratitude to

@ms.natalienyc the hottest DJ
@cgayl_ the best house manager and most organized tech person I know
Jorge the best Carrot Man™️
@renee_hapeman sewing machine witchcraft
@daviddexheimer supporter and salesperson extraordinaire
@therealroyx 🎨sticker layout and editing

And many others. If you saw this piece in any version, spoke about it, and helped us world-build in any way, you have our thanks.

OCT 11 6PM

Beware the shoreline between sleep and awake.

If you’ve seen it before, it’s not what you knew — this is “The Overgrowth”. Two creatures are forced into an ever-shrinking landscape. In our own world of environmental devastation, “The Overgrowth” uses movement and improvisation to enter a dreamscape where survival is not guaranteed.

Tickets are in my bio

Sunday Oct. 11, 6pm
Spoke The Hub, 748 Union St, Brooklyn

The Overgrowth is the final iteration of I Can Almost Reach You. Maybe you’ve seen these creatures in a dream before. Maybe not. Maybe the creatures are not who they thought they were. You’ll have to come see to find out…
