opening tonight at 8pm.

Claude has been one of the most rewarding roles to date that I’ve ever taken on. I didn’t think after almost decade that I would remember as much of the show as I did.

Our entire cast and crew put their heart and souls into this production, truly a labor of love.

Hair at @cultural_arts_playhouse is running from June 20th to July 19th. Get your tickets! Truly this is not one to miss.

You can catch me as Claude on the following dates:

June 20th at 8pm
June 28th at 7pm
July 11th at 8pm
July 12th at 3pm
July 17th at 8pm
July 18th at 8pm
July 19th at 3pm

If you can’t make those, go see @nickcastello as Claude. He is a force and one of the best doubles to work with hands down.

Thank you to @photosxbyem for all these incredible pictures

Grateful.

On Sunday I completed the NYC Marathon and wrapped up my 9+1 journey, one that began in October '23 after years of lottery rejections and has now reached its end two-plus years later.

I remember spectating the 2010 race, feeling moved by the energy this event creates. I could only imagine at that time how it must have felt to run it and told myself that someday I would be on the other side of that barricade. I am proud to say that fifteen years later I was finally able to do just that.

It was not the performance I had expected or the pace I was aiming for but sometimes life has other plans. For the first fifteen miles or so, I was on target for the time I had in mind. My body had other plans and coming down the Queensboro, I knew my race would no longer go how I had originally dreamt it.

I owe this race and my ability to finish it to the NYRR medical volunteers. I had to stop into med tents three times with cramping in my calves and knee, and thanks to them I was able to salvage my race.

At their direction, I walked much of the second half but pushed myself once again the last two miles, finishing strong. I high fived every person who called my name, thanked every volunteer, took my time to soak in the exact energy and love I had pictured as a kid, got to start my first New York City Marathon with my Dad, and finished a goal I've had since long before I even began the 9+1 journey.

Above all, I finish NYC grateful.

Thank you to everyone who reached out before and after the race. When I was moments from giving up, it was your well wishes I leaned on to carry on. Thanks to my Mom, Spencer, Aidan, Eddie, Grace, Gary and Judy for coming to see me pass by. Big thanks to Kara, who when I called explaining "I'm in bad shape and don't think I'm gonna be able to do this" responded simply with "I love you, finish the fucking race" and hung up. What a woman. Thanks to NMR for this community of amazing people to share in this journey with and for making the dream of doing NYC with my dad a reality.

We get back up and go again November '26. Proud to say I've completed the 9+1 for a second year and will be back next year better than ever.
