If you told 15 year old me that in less than 5 years she would be talking to 60 (willing) people and teaching them about fungi she would have probably told you 2 things. 1)That she doesn’t really know anything 2)that there’s no way you found 60 people that are willing to spend their Saturday hearing me talk about slime mold I think the beautiful thing about being so deeply passionate about something is you never stop learning. Every moment I had to tell someone “I don’t know” was a moment that inspired me to keep learning. And I think this long stupid caption is just me telling you to find something that makes you happy, and to never stop learning about it I want to give a big thank you to my incredible mentors Jordan Gros (@jordangrows) and Alex Landry (@alxlandry) and my mom @jenplaisance who I’m sure spent many moments wondering just how many fungi books she would have to spend her money on. I love you guys

Throwback to last weekend when we had the opportunity to connect with some super inquisitive nature lovers in collaboration with @pelicanparknatureclub! It’s always a pleasure working with them and learning from people like @alxlandry and @ggcapranica about birds, plants, and other feats of nature. And, of course, we’re always happy to add to the experience by sharing our knowledge about fungi! 🍄‍🟫 With the recent rain, the mushrooms are making a glorious appearance!
