I am so excited to announce that I will be partnering with @theseamossguy to launch a new tour that connects minerals with movements! From personal trainers and dance instructors to mobility coaches and more, weโ€™re connecting with our GTA community โ€” where movement meets minerals and energy meets alignment. Our first stop? @gdigottadance where @yannick_francis / @spotlight_danceclass and @marz_zerogravity blend dancehall and soca into a rhythm you canโ€™t help but move to. Each of them has their own style, story, and rhythm and it was such a joy to jump into their class and move with the crew. Shoutout to @yannick_francis and @marz_zerogravity for kicking off the tour! Go follow them and catch a class! Trust, the vibes donโ€™t miss. If youโ€™re hosting a workout class, dance class, retreat, yoga session, bootcamp, fitness pop-up, or wellness event, make sure to book us to fuel your movement the right way! If you know someone who should be part of the tour, tag them below or send us a message, weโ€™d love to connect. Quick note and correction: the artistโ€™s name should read Machel Montano โ€” our captions accidentally split the name. We apologize for the oversight! Don't forget to follow, like, comment, share... AND TAP IN WITH: @theseamossguy / @dezandthecity_ @yannick_francis / @spotlight_danceclass @marz_zerogravity
