New from @adhyaroparecords — modern drum master @mathiaskunzli’s new solo album Boundless Reasons To Admire The Moon is now available for preorder as a CD or digital download from the Bandcamp link in bio and story and the 1st single ‘One for all (feat. @spotlightfloodlight)’ is streaming everywhere. Mathias Kunzli is one of the world’s most respected and in-demand drummer/percussionists and certainly among its most wide-ranging musical adventurers. On this 17-track, freely improvised virtuoso showcase, Kunzli lays down a cascading monologue of color and texture, as well as a signpost heralding the achievements of an already-legendary career still in full flight.

“Mathias Kunzli is an incredible musician who creates with great sensitivity and depth. He is so skilled, while also able to just let go and meditate on a moment. His textures and compositions are always varied, and with this new record he adds to his long-standing tradition of playfulness and experimentation.” – @reginaspektor

“Mathias Kunzli is a wonderfully creative and intuitive musician. He always knows what’s needed to support our storytelling.” – @kenlburns and @sarahbotstein

✨ I have never been more proud to work with a more deserving artist than Eleni Mandell on her incredible new record, Tailspin.

What makes this album even more special is the remarkable community of musicians, artists, and friends who stepped in so willingly to help bring Eleni’s musical vision to life. The level of generosity, creativity, and support surrounding this project has been inspiring to witness.

A huge thank you to:

🎶 Steve Gregoropoulos
🎶 Sheldon Gomberg
🎶 Ryan Feves
🎶 Peter Adams
🎶 DJ Bonebrake
🎶 Milo Jones
🎶 Danny Frankel
🎶 Jeremy Drake
🎶 Alex Lilly
🎶 Inara George
🎶 Becky Stark
🎶 Nigel Harrison
🎶 Mirza Sherriff
🎶 Circe Diaz Gamero
🎶 Vikram Devashtali
🎶 Natalie Brejcha
🎶 Kaitlin Wolfberg
🎶 Alex Budman
🎶 Lily Mandell
🎶 Taylor Plenn
🎶 Mark Chalecki

Every one of these talented people dedicated their time, artistry, and heart to help make this record possible.

Watching this community come together in support of Eleni has been every bit as beautiful as the music itself. That’s what great records are about—not just songs, but people.

Give Tailspin a listen. I think you’ll hear that spirit in every note.
