It’s been a while since I’ve hit the stage, so I figured… why not make my return a Lip Sync Battle? 😂🎤

On October 9, I’ll be stepping out of the newsroom and onto the stage to help support Springboard to Learning and the incredible work they do for students across our community.

Come cheer me on Friday, October 9 at the River City Casino Event Center! I’m elated to support a great cause, and hopefully remember how to perform in front of people again. 😉

Never say Never... instead, if the time is right

35 classes in 3 weeks... and I survived.

This experience stretched me, strengthened me, and reminded me why I do this work. I had the joy of meeting 90+ little personalities, and hearing each child singing our songs unprompted and requesting their favorite activities made it all worthwhile.

For some students, this was their very first wellness experience and being a part of that is something I'll never take for granted. 🧘🏾‍♀️✨

My heart is full. Thank you, @springboard_stl for sharing my Breathe, Bend & Read Program.

There were empty seats at the Live @ the Library: Dancing Through the Decades event last Thursday; but only because everyone was on their feet!

From "Jump, Jive, and Wail" to the "YMCA" Kittie Moller and Fanfare had all ages singing, dancing, and even forming a giant conga line at the Spencer Road Branch. This program was sponsored by Springboard to Learning.

Comment LIBRARY information about our next event!

I’m gonna miss this little downtown office with the best view of the city. Gonna miss the people in it more. Thanks for six amazing years, @springboard_stl.

On to the next adventure.

Arts organizations across the country, including many here in St. Louis, are facing serious funding cuts. But what hasn’t changed is our shared belief in the value of creativity, connection and community.

This Give STL Day, we’re proud to stand alongside fellow local arts organizations who continue to inspire through resilience and imagination.

Thank you for supporting the arts, whether with a donation, by sharing this message or by attending an event. Every action helps. #LinkInBio

Together, we can help keep the arts alive in St. Louis. ⚜️
