Celebrating the girl with the most beautiful eyes in the world! Silks Take Shape 2026
This weekend intensive sets you up with all the tools you will need to feel comfortable, confident and professional. 3 days of intensive training, one of those days include a choreographed performance piece you can take to any event. Recap videos to continue to refine and clean up all these new tricks and concepts in your own time. The highest quality hand dyed, hemmed 100% natural light weight habotai silk fans from the well known creator The Bamboo Closet, with a matching bamboo and cotton laced dress to match from the small business Medusa moon designs. The last day will end with a sunset individual and class photoshoot in a stunning outdoor Utah landscape, giving you professional content to promote your flow and remember your experience. There will also be a professional cinematographer who will film and edit a class video of our choreographed piece.
Upon returning home all students will be able to schedule a post integration 1 on 1 zoom call with coach Shauna to ask any questions and clean up any tricks individually.

This isn’t just a workshop for our Salt Lake City locals! We have students flying in from out of the country, and all across the west coast for this. Connect with flowmies far and wide from teachers investing in their craft, performance artists seeking a unique approach, beginners looking to level up quick and many looking to gather tools for confident movement expression and somatic release. This studio intensive will only include 15 students you will connect and grow alongside all weekend. Classes each day are only a max of 2 and 1/2 hours if you’re choosing into the embodiment addition. ( All students will have the option to add this on to individual days if desired) So I will be connecting you all in a group chat to coordinate after class activities, possible carpooling and housing accommodations. This is an individualized experience where classes are small enough to still receive 1 on 1 attention and build new friendships along the way.
