Day 2 @paxaus 🐴🌸🩷

Wake up uma nation, cutest uma Haru Urara invaded the con on Saturday!! 🫶 (the wig is for Rosemi, but I thought fit urara well!) The uniform is handmade by me! Including handmade bow & headband, only had to borrow ears from @springdreamer_ to make her complete!

I got up to silly shenanigans meeting other uma musume cosplayers at the uma meet. We took fun photos, complimented each other's cosplays, and had a tiny baby race to win stickers! Thank you @mrsdottore for hosting the meet as Tazuna! 💚

I did some more con exploring, I found out there was MLP tcg cards & admired them in their glory. I also tried out more games, such as zolana made by @alanamation which is so cute, love battling through fashion! 💃✨️

Finally I watched a @lumins_workshop panel about pattern drafting in cosplay, and I learned lots of new tips from the cosplayer & sewist for draping, how to make a pattern fit you best, & books on how to draft basic block patterns! 🙏💖

PAX SATURDAY

First time cosplaying as Korone from hololive!!

Thank you everyone who caught up with me today 🥰🥰 I had a great time today just chilling, doing photoshoot and hanging out with everyone!

Thank you @mrsdottore for having me at the uma meet even though I wasn't an uma today! My heart is with the horses even when I'm not cosplaying as one 🥕 🥕 just wanted to do something different since I cosplayed uma at all the cons this year... And I really enjoyed wearing Korone today! She was so comfy and I really liked how I looked as her! I honestly had no plans to cosplay Korone until I picked her up from @ceramic_cos, thank you for giving me the opportunity to cosplay her!

Thank you everyone who checked up on me too 🥰🥰 day went well and I hope I'll also be able to have fun tomorrow without having to worry!

I had such a good time at @animagaexpo weekend 🥺🥺 it really made me realise how much I treasure this little hobby and all the friendships I've made across the years and all the cons I've been to~ it meant a lot to me when people take the effort to say hi to me, even if we had met only briefly at a previous con, and I treasure all the little gifts that people have been kind enough to give me 🥺🥺🥰🥰 it made me feel really loved and happy that you enjoy our friendship!

I cosplayed Sakura Chiyono O on both days this weekend, which is a first for me! I usually do different cosplays for the con weekend but this time I wanted to focus on shoots on the Saturday and focus on the guests on the Sunday. It was such a great experience to be able to meet them AND also see them up close when they came to take photos with all the cosplayers at the meet 🥺🥺🥺 thank you @gaywolfsex and @cosplayingchair for hosting the meet, the beautiful flower stand and all the behind the scenes work that goes into making everything run smoothly ~

I'm so glad we had a special uma musume panel too I thought the questions were great and I'm glad we also got to hear the VAs voice some of the voicelines in person!! Cinderella Gray is my favourite out of all the anime series and I can't wait for them to officially announce season 2 🥺🥺 Surely it's going to happen after they teased Inari One!!

I also had a fun time at the maid cafe, and just exploring the con in general. The new layout felt fresh! I thought it wasn't as spacious as the normal con halls but didn't hate the new location. Another fun Animaga experience done and dusted this year 🥰🥰

Uma musume cup sleeve event 🥕

I was sooooo excited for this event cause we so rarely have stuff like this here and it's for a fandom I love!!! I had also never attended a cupsleeve event before so I was so excited for it... And then found out I had to work during the weekend 😭😭

Literally logged off had lunch and had 1 hour to get dressed, iron my cosplay, put on my makeup and wig and head over to Melbourne Central but I was so glad I made it 😭😭❤️❤️

Thank you so much @krispiacity @mmmmimona and @deiimonde for hosting!! Looking forward to more events in the future 😍😍😍
