🚨 ACE PLAYER ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

Welcome Thomas Bovitz | 2029 | Manasquan | Mad Dog to the Advanced College Experience.

Bovitz has a flair for the dramatic, regularly shutting down opposing shooters and making difficult saves look routine. Whether it’s a doorstep opportunity or a shot from range, Thomas has the ability to take away goals.

But what may be most intriguing is what happens after the save. Bovitz is exceptional in the clearing game, consistently identifying open teammates quickly and delivering the ball with accuracy and precision to initiate transition.

Already trusted with varsity minutes as a freshman at Manasquan, Thomas recorded a save without allowing a goal in a tight 8-6 win over Wall and added three saves in Manasquan’s state-tournament victory over Sterling.

A high-academic student-athlete, Bovitz now enters his sophomore season looking to compete for the varsity job at Manasquan.

Congratulations to MJ Femenella (Manasquan High School) on his recent commitment to Franklin & Marshall College!

MJ is our 165th commit in the 2027 class and we couldn’t be more excited for him and this Centennial Conference opportunity. MJ is a super athletic goalie who uses his size well to take up the cage. His ability to react and get his hands to spots makes him an asset anytime he’s between the pipes!

Franklin & Marshall ‘31

I am extremely excited and honored to announce my verbal commitment to play lacrosse at Franklin & Marshall College.

First, I would like to thank my mom for always being my biggest supporter and providing endless help for me throughout the recruiting process. Secondly, a huge thank you to my dad for being my biggest role model and encouraging me through every step of my lacrosse journey. Next, I would also like to thank my sister and the rest of my family for their support throughout my journey.

Next, I would like to thank all of the coaches at 3D and especially Coach Tharp for always believing in me and being there and guiding me through the process every step of the way. I would also like to thank Coach Lou, Coach Schneider, Coach Xan and Coach Murphy at Mad Dog for introducing me to the sport I love.

A huge thank you to Coach Tim, Coach Nas, Coach Byrne, Coach Ryan and all of my coaches, teammates, and community for supporting me throughout my journey.

I would also like to thank Coach Runkel and Coach Colin at the Goalie Workshop as well as all the coaches at Goaliesmith for helping me excel and grow at playing the position that I love.

Lastly, I would like to thank Coach Cavallaro, Coach Sachs and Coach Lefever for giving me this amazing opportunity to continue to play the game that I love.

Kean ‘31

I’m beyond excited to announce my commitment to Kean University to continue my academic and lacrosse career!

First, I want to thank my mom, my dad, my grandpa, and my three brothers for their endless support, and for always believing in me. I wouldn’t be where I am today without everything you’ve done for me, and all the sacrifices you’ve made along the way.

I want to thank all of my Manasquan coaches and teammates who have helped me grow both on and off the field. A special thank you to Coach Nazlonski, Coach Byrne, Coach McMenamin, and Coach Dingwall for all of their guidance, support, and belief in me throughout my time at Manasquan.

A huge thank you to NJLC for giving me the opportunity to make friendships that will last a lifetime, and to all of my coaches for always believing in me and pushing me to become a better player.

Lastly, thank you to Coach Lopes and the entire Kean coaching staff for giving me this opportunity and making me feel at home throughout the recruiting process. I’m excited to get to work and start this next chapter!

Mike Miller one of our Own, Mike's on the Board of Directors for the Manasquan BoardRiders Club and is a long time Manasquan Inlet Local. Always out on the biggest days and rips the hell out of small waves too. Now his son Jake is following in his footsteps and blowing up as well. There would not be a barreling day that Mike would miss, unless he was working his Iron Workers Job up in Manhattan. And then he would usually make it in for the Sunset Session. Mike rips and boy can he ride the tube. If he was paddling for a wave I wasn't gonna miss it.

Will played for @squanboyslacrosse @team91jersey & @tristatelacrosse. Will was a 2 Year Varsity Starter
that finished his career winning 455 of 672 face-offs for a total of 68% & totaled 350+ Career Ground Balls. He won the 2026 Unsung Hero Team Award while being recognized as 2x All-Shore Honorable Mention and a 2026 All-State Honorable Mention honoree.

Be coached by two former Division I goalies, face shots from current Division I shooters, and train alongside Division I athletes and other college commits. Enjoy four 1.5-hour training sessions on August 15-16 from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM at Doc Cramer Sports Complex in Manahawkin. Open to goalies in 4th-12th grade, this camp is designed to provide high-level instruction, competitive reps, and a true college-style training experience!
