🍻🎉 Square Bar Celebrates 80 Years in West Chester
A longtime West Chester staple is marking a major milestone this weekend. Square Bar, located at Chestnut Street and Patton Avenue, is celebrating 80 years in the Borough with a community event on Saturday from 1 to 6 p.m.

Known as a no-frills neighborhood gathering spot, the bar has built decades of loyalty from regulars across the community, including local first responders and healthcare workers. Opened in 1946, it has remained a steady fixture for generations of patrons.

The anniversary celebration will take place in the lot across from the bar, featuring drinks, music, and a familiar crowd of regulars and neighbors.
