XCM 30-34 National Championships 🥉 Hell of a lot went into this result. Basically an entire year of hard work and discipline. 20 minutes faster than last year’s time, but always room to improve. Grateful for the process. Thanks to @daksbicycleden for his invaluable support as always. Bike was properly trashed after Guate, Dakota and crew brought it back to glory im no time. Truly an incredible mechanic and better friend. Thanks to ProMac Roofing and @SquarfootRVA for the fiscal support making this season possible. Could never adequately express my gratitude for all thier help and belief in me. Thanks to coach @jeremiahbishoprides for all his expertise, wisdom and kind words. Couldn’t ask for a better teacher, mentor and friend. Thanks to @theblackbibs for the killer kits this season. Hands down the best cycling gear in the game. Thank yall for making sick, durable, REASONABLY PRICED cycling gear, right here in Virginia! Big shout out to @monolithperformance for their delicious mix fueling my big dumb rides, races, and everything in between. Been such a joy sucking down thier delicious blend of carbs this year, and helping to support another Virgina based business doing the lords work of fueling the cycling community. @pisgahstagerace ✅ Huge thanks to Ryan and the whole @blueridgeadventures team for such an incredible experience Finished up 5th amongst Open Men & 6th Overall 140+ miles & 20,000+ feet on some of the best trails in Western North Carolina. Truly an eye opening week in the forrest. Never been so challenged technically. Pisgah’s trails test every aspect of your abilites. Climb, roots, rocks, repeat 3 hours a day for 5 straight days. As the stages wore on, the skills and legs slowly improved. Who would have thought that the less you brake, the faster you go? Eventually learned to just let go and let the bike do the work. Cannot wait too run this back next year Beyond grateful to @daksbicycleden for getting the rig in peak form heading into the week. Had a wee otb on stage 1 and snapped off my front brake lever, then lost a cleat bolt a few miles later. Otherwise a perfect week mechanically thanks to Dakota’s help and expertise Huge thanks to @squarefootva for their support this year making events like this even possible. Beyond grateful to Sean for his help professionally and on the bike. Top notch company comprised of top notch humans. Could never adequately express my gratitude Big thanks to @monolithperformance for fueling me day in and day out. 80-100g per bottle, every bottle for the past 6 months. Never bonked, never cramped, and always hungry for more DELICIOUS MIX. Hop on the train! You will not regret it Lastly big shout out to @theblackbibs for keeping me kitted this year and all week. Their top of line creamy chammys have kept my bottom in pristine condition. And the perfectly aero kits have kept me colorfully comfortable and fast all year. @theblackbibs CUSTOM 🔥🔥🔥 This year’s kit pays homage to the wild and wonderful National Forrests. Native Virginians are blessed to have access to so many protected natural areas. Over the past few years, exploring these vast expanses of lush greenery via backcountry trails has taken an indelible place within the core of my being 🌲⛰️🌳 Jefferson National Forrest in particular has become my bastion for exploration. Iron Mountain, Arcadia, Grayson Highlands, Bucanhan’s Blue Ridge Parkway Trails, sprawling networks of gravel roads surrounding Damascus/Roanoke/Floyd, the list goes on and on. Covering a large portion of Southwest VA, the ecology is a cross between Virginia and North Carolina, littered with equal amounts evergreens, vibrant shrubbery, expansive swaths of vines and enveloping tunnels of rhododendron. I haven’t yet found a place I’d rather spend hours in the saddle exploring ❤️ Humongous thanks @daksbicycleden ProMac Roofing @squarefootva @car6on_racing @rva_racing & @monolithperformance for all their support. Having the freedom to take on bigger events across the country this year is legitimately a dream come true. I could never adequately express my gratitude for their belief in me and fiscal support helping to make this season possible. Thank yall from the bottom of my heart 🫡 Gigantic shout out to @charlotte.laurance for her tireless work and artistic ability bringing this kit to life. It’s always a pleasure to work with her on these designs. I give her a rough idea of the vision I have, and via Adobe & Pantone she conjures cycling kit wizardry out of thin air. On behalf of all cyclists, thank you so so much for putting up with all our BS and vectorless logo files to make sure we stay kitted and fitted my dear Charizard 👸 Lastly, BIG BIG thanks to @nickcapturesva . 4th Place Stokesville 60K! ☺️ After properly thrashing the legs yesterday chasing coach @jeremiahbishoprides around at the @rva_racing March Mud(less) Mess, had very low expectations for today. Surprisingly felt much stronger than yesterday from the gun, and I am quite STOKED with this result. Appears the stage race legs coming are around! HUZZAH 🍾 Punctured about 12 miles in and dropped from the leaders. Quickly DYNA™️ plugged and went into TT mode for the last 2 hours, was able to pick up 4 spots and secure the wide angle podium ✅. Finished 15th last year on fresh legs, very pleased with the progression. TY BISHOP PROTOCOL⚔️ Big big thanks to @daksbicycleden @car6on_racing @squarefootva @rva_racing @theblackbibs @monolithperformance for all their support this year and for making weekends like this possible. Couldn’t be more grateful to them and everyone who believes in this crazy pursuit ❤️. Onward and upward!

Monster Cross 🥉 Insanely stoked to share a podium with these two monsters and to have the chance to represent Richmond on the steps at the “Mid Atlantic Gravel Season Opener”. Having my pops @r2chef1 there too see it all was icing on the cake. The dawg days of winter, grinding for hours in the freezing pitch black are finally paying off in the sunshine. Onwards! 🤠
