London at dawn is a bit of a special place, but nowhere near as amazing as the athletes competing in the @dwcanoerace125. Working with @squareknotuk to be a small part of supporting this awsome event.

Watching these kayakers and paddleboarders cross the finish line was inspiring. I like a paddle and can rack up some miles but these amazing people showed a grit and commitment we should all aspire to.

Introducing… the Beech Class Water Wall! It’s been 100% approved by our own children as being #slay so hopefully our new reception cohort will enjoy it just as much! After a busy weekend of medical cover followed by some first aid training we’ve moved on this evening to doing a final kit check ahead of some @rlssuk DEFRA MOD1 +Annex H training tomorrow. Turns out the van is behaving a bit like Thunderbird 2 at the moment with all the kit changes. #firstaid #defra #watersafety #medicalcover #smallbusiness

In 2023, our team faced our busiest year with a record-breaking 112 incidents, and we wanted to share a small snippet of the past 12 months with you.

We express our gratitude to all who have contributed to our success, from our families and friends to businesses, organisations, and other rescue teams that have supported our endeavours.

Recently members of our team undertook their Rescue Trauma And Casualty Care course (RTACC) provided by @squareknotuk . This now means all of our Operational Team are trained to provide a higher level of care to casualties.

We continue to fundraise to equip and train the team to give the very best service when needed.

24hours providing the Medical cover for the @levelwateruk Swim Relay this weekend @boxendpark. Teams swimming constantly from midday Saturday to Midday Sunday all to raise money for 1:1 swimming lessons for disabled children.

Over the past week six members of the team have been enhancing their casualty care knowledge during an #RTACC course (Rescue Trauma & Casualty Care) provided by Jacob from @squareknotuk

The training is a mix of theory and realistic scenario's (most of which we can't share due to the graphic nature).

During 2023 we are aiming to fundraise to allow all Operational Members achieve this great qualification and provide the best level of care when required.
