We’re trying a Sunday morning for Session 03. Between kids, work and everything else that fills a week, evenings aren’t always easy. We’re hoping a Sunday morning gives a few more of you the chance to come along. It’s probably a more sensible time to drink quite this much coffee, too. Our hosts this time are Square Peg. They’ve been a fixture of Swansea’s specialty coffee scene for years, with so many great coffee people coming through their training sessions. Add brilliant food, lovely coffee and possibly the warmest welcome in Swansea, and there’s a lot to appreciate about this place. We’re really looking forward to gathering around the table there. Sunday 15 November, 11am. Square Peg, 29B Gower Road, Sketty. Tickets will be free, but we need to limit numbers to fit the space. Register your interest through the link in our bio and we’ll email you when tickets are released. Can’t wait to welcome you all.

SQUARE PEG x BLACKHILLS CSA Buy a coffee and support our Crowdfunder! From today, when you buy a filter coffee from the lovely folk @squarepegcoffee, you’ll also be supporting Blackhills CSA. We’re currently fundraising to run 12 free monthly workshops throughout 2027, helping more people learn practical, sustainable growing skills and understand how the way we grow food can help us respond to climate change. From composting and soil health to seed saving, natural pest control and water management, the workshops will share simple skills that can help us grow more sustainably and build a more resilient local community. And thanks to Aviva match funding, your support goes twice as far. Buy a filter coffee for £3 and Blackhills CSA receives £6! For ONE WEEK ONLY, Square Peg will be donating all proceeds from filter coffee sales to our Crowdfunder. So pop into Square Peg, grab yourself an excellent coffee and help us bring a whole year of free growing workshops to our community. Thank you so much to the Square Peg team for supporting us! #BlackhillsCSA #SquarePegCoffee #ClimateAction #CommunityGrowing #Swansea

A rising tide lifts all boats. That was the idea. A few of Swansea’s specialty coffee businesses came together around one table. Not to compete. Just to share good coffee. Share knowledge. And make the scene here a little stronger. The best bit was seeing how many capable hands gave their time simply because they care. Cupping can feel intimidating. Whether it was your first time holding a spoon or your hundredth, we wanted it to feel like you belonged at the table. Turns out Swansea has quite a coffee community. And it’s growing. 📷 @swanseadan

Swansea has a bigger coffee community than we thought and tonight proved it. Big love to all that slurped with us but mostly to Sloth gang and Jack for being such amazing hosts! 🙏 Session 02 will be bigger and hopefully just as great.

Session 01 is tomorrow. And somehow, before we’ve even started, we’ve already had around 100 more people ask to come than we had spaces for. Which feels like a pretty good sign. There are a lot of good coffee people in Swansea. And plenty more coming from further afield. This is only the beginning. If you have a ticket but can’t make it tomorrow, please DM us. We’d love to give your place to someone waiting. 6pm. Sloth Coffee. Mumbles. Bring yourself. We’ll bring the coffee. See you tomorrow 👌
