You definitely don’t have to fly to the other side of the world to find yourself…

But you might want to, feel called to or crave newness, adventure and a complete emersion into self-care and exploration...

✈️ This November we journey to beautiful BALI, with me as your personal host, facilitator and space holder for 7- days and 6- nights of adventure and self discovery in the island of the gods.

This one of a kind, curated experience for women in a season of transition and renewal will leave you ever changed, enlightened and empowered to move more clearly in a direction alighted with your True, divine inner Self. 💫

Imagine yourself starting each day waking naturally, with energy and peace, practicing open air yoga and meditation. Being guided each day through self-discovery and self-nurturing practices and workshops. Being around like minded women on the same spiritual journey, in a safe space to witness, discover, let go and renew. 🧘🏽‍♀️

A powerful journey of removing the obstacles that keep us stuck and remembering who you are. ✨

So many gems a surprises on this journey. 💝

Imagine allowing yourself to be held and guided. Not having to worry or focus on anything except healing, being still, nurturing, growing and connecting with You.

I am so excited for the souls journeying with me this November. I hope you will be one of them. 🏝️

DM me the words I’M READY and I will send you more details. 💗

Love and Light, ✨✈️
A.

WOW!!!! A 10 year journey from this video to now. This was the Launch party of Live in Vitality Everyday (LIVE), my 35 th birthday and New Beginnings celebration.

The years prior, I had been baptized, living fully in my spirit, got married, which was challenging and got divorced. My faith had significantly been challenged. I went on the mission of healing and rebuilding me.

I committed to myself 1000%. Studied Holistic Nutrition and Graduated. Held my body at its highest and trained holistically for an international fitness competition and opened my self up to love again.

My then business, was rebranded into LIVE as that was all I wanted at the time, to Live in Vitality Everyday and LIVE Whole Fit and Nourished.

I have to admit I had the Fit and Nourished parts down but the Whole part.. man.. that part has been Hard to fill.

This video was sent to me and is nostalgic as I move into yet another exciting season of growth and creation with LIVE YOGAAA, my transformative yoga retreats and mentorship.

✨I have finally found my WHOLE. Reconnected with Self in love, trust and confidence.

Thank-you @beingmarvalous for sending this to me.

Sometimes in life we can be so blessed and filled and at the same time know something is missing, not aligned or calling you for more or in a different direction. It can sometimes be difficult to discern and answer that call.

This next chapter is about helping people move through that. And hopefully not have it take 10 years lol

Stay posted. This next chapter is beautiful , powerful and divinely guided.

☺️💫✨
