Beautiful walk and brunch in Barwon Heads today. Even Xave clocked up 700m walking from the park to home, which he has never done before! Xave fatigues very easily, so this is a massive achievement for the little man. Special mention to @maddiebutson and @squirecoaching for making it happen. Then Xave joined me in the stroller on a walk to the supermarket and back. Wednesday night we had the Geelong Try Boys Bears All Abilities Basketball Club in for a team session 🏀

We worked on communication, teamwork and, most importantly, having a good time and connecting through movement!

We’ve got plenty of space to welcome teams and groups into Circle Square for sessions like this, and we’d love to have more all abilities teams from around Geelong come through

If you’re part of a team or club and think Circle Square could be a good fit, get in touch. We’d love to have you in for a session

Thanks again Try Boy Bears, see you next time! 🏀 💪

Last night we had the pleasure of welcoming the Geelong West Giants All Abilities Football team into Circle Square for a pre-season hit-out 🏉

The boys absolutely smashed it! Plenty of movement, teamwork and a lot of fun, finishing with a goal kicking contest 💪

We can’t wait to have the Giants back in for more sessions throughout the season

We’d also love to connect with other all abilities teams across Geelong who are looking for somewhere to run a pre-season, training or team session

If your team is keen to get into Circle Square, get in touch with us 🔥

Movement. Training. Community.

We spend so much time talking about strategy, growth, success and scaling.

But what if the thing that changes your business isn’t another marketing tactic...

What if it’s becoming more yourself?

This week’s conversation on The Business of Being Human is with someone who quietly reminds me what purpose-driven business actually looks like.

@henrysquiree is the founder of @squirecoaching, an organisation helping people with disability build confidence, independence and connection through movement.
What started as personal training became something much bigger.

If you’re building a business with heart, trying to make a genuine impact, or just need a reminder that good business is ultimately about good humans, this episode is for you.

I’d love to know your biggest takeaway once you’ve listened.
