If your life were a movie, where would the plot be headed right now?⁣

I’m not much of a “resolutions” gal, but I do reflect on moments shared, lessons learned, achievements earned, and experiences that have built my character. I have many life themes!⁣

Looking back at the workout clips I’ve shared- they all have a theme and tell a story. On social media, you mostly only see the fun, silly, professional side of me - but trust me - there were definitely tough times too. ⁣
It’s not always easy to put yourself out there and the time taken to create a few second clip is crazy - for what? Well, of course id be grateful for a like, share, follow … but I post to share my fitness knowledge, to inspire you to move, and to make movement fun. Hopefully it puts a smile on your face, like it does for me. ⁣

What did you learn and accomplish in 2022? What’s next for you?⁣
I encourage you to look back at your themes, your life story, and allow it to help you figure out how everything fits together. Incorporating goals into the larger narrative of our life can give us more energy to pursue them and to become the person we want to be.🤍⁣
