While Sarasota was supposedly enjoying its quieter season, our team helped buyers and sellers make important moves. Nearly $90 million in closed summer sales, bringing us to almost $190 million in sales so far this year. Those numbers are remarkable. But what makes them meaningful is everything behind them: early mornings, late evenings, unexpected challenges, countless details, and a commitment to getting things right. Behind that work is something even more important: a shared belief in what we are building together. We believe in Sarasota. In the enduring value of exceptional real estate.
