We’ve partnered directly with civil society organizations across La Guaira to launch our Third Spaces initiative!

—Our field research reveals a critical timeline: self-managed communities have about 30 days before state-led relocations begin—moving families into temporary shelters or permanent housing in Caracas or other state led initiatives. This makes long-term refuge housing impractical for the coming months.
—That’s where Third Spaces come in. They provide a vital middle ground—restoring a sense of normalcy and fostering spontaneous community interaction. Our core focus: step away from concrete and embrace circular, lightweight elements filled with natural light and vibrant color!
Beyond proud of our 20 volunteers! Next week, we solidify our plan to scale up.

© Mabe García Rincón, Arantxa Menéndez, and our 20 volunteers, balancing aesthetic design with bioclimatic performance to build truly impactful spaces. Thank you, everyone! Thank you all: @_titina
