17 beautiful days in Sweden, spent learning, growing and deepening a practice that has meant so much to me. Surrounded by beautiful forest that felt like home, and a community of wonderful people, it was the perfect place to complete my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training 🧘🏼‍♂️🕉 Biggest thank you to @shambalagatherings and @yandarayoga, and the most wonderful teachers @shanechristopherperkins, @karischein66 and @serah.naturaleza 🩷✨️

꩜ #yogateachertraining #yogateacher #yogatraining #yogaitalia #yogapuglia

Baja Variety Pack Baja’s quickly becoming my favorite place to go. Never knowing what might happen makes every trip that much more exciting. Seems like we always come home with new friends, new places, new fish, new PBs and new memories. Lost a lot of cool footage from this trip, but was able to scrounge up just a fraction of what there was. Big thanks to @seekerrods for keeping my dad and I setup with the best rods out there #baja #exploration #fish #méxico #iykyk
