Today I turn 45. ✨✨✨✨✨
Forty-five years of lessons, growth, heartbreak, healing, victories, sacrifices, and blessings.
I’m a mother first—the role that has shaped me, challenged me, and given my life its greatest purpose. My children will always be my why.
I’ve spent years balancing the demands of work, family, fitness, and life, often carrying more than most people realize. There were seasons of standing on stage as an IFBB Pro, chasing big goals and pushing my limits, and there were seasons where simply showing up was the victory.
I’ve faced setbacks, health challenges, long days, sleepless nights, and moments of doubt. But I’ve also built a life filled with love, resilience, faith, and determination.
At 45, I’m no longer chasing perfection. I’m chasing peace, memories, experiences, health, and the moments that matter most. I’ve learned that strength isn’t measured by how much weight you can carry—it’s measured by how many times you get back up when life tries to knock you down.
I am proud of the woman I’ve become. A hardworking mother. A fighter. A provider. A dreamer. A woman who continues to grow, evolve, and believe that her best chapters are still ahead.
Forty-five doesn’t feel like an ending.
It feels like the beginning of the most meaningful chapter yet.
Here’s to family, faith, purpose, and embracing every moment still to come.

Happy 20th Birthday to my pride and joy, my greatest blessing, and the reason I strive to be the best version of myself every single day.

Twenty years ago, you changed my life forever. From the moment I first held you in my arms, my heart belonged to you. You gave my life a purpose I never knew existed and a love so deep that words could never truly describe it.

Watching you grow into the beautiful, strong, intelligent, and compassionate young woman you are today has been the greatest privilege of my life. Through every milestone, every challenge, every laugh, and every tear, being your mom has been my most cherished role and my greatest accomplishment.

You have taught me more about love, strength, resilience, and grace than you will ever know. Even on the hardest days, you have always been my light, my motivation, and the reason I keep pushing forward. There is nothing in this world I wouldn’t do for you.

As you step into this new chapter of your life, I want you to remember how incredibly loved you are. Never doubt your worth, your strength, or the amazing future that lies ahead of you. You are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to, and I will always be standing beside you, cheering you on every step of the way.

No matter how old you get, you will always be my baby, my first love, my heart walking around outside of my body.

Thank you for giving my life meaning. Thank you for making me a mother. Thank you for being you.

Watching my baby boy out there on the field giving it his all just melts my heart 🥹🏈 This touchdown right here means even more because just a few days ago he wasn’t feeling well — but he still insisted on going to practice and playing in the game. Today, I want to wish my amazing parents a very Happy 50th Anniversary! ❤️ Life has thrown so many challenges our way, but through it all, you’ve faced everything together with unshakable love and commitment.

For those who don’t know, my mom is living with stage 3–4 Parkinson’s disease, and it’s progressing. She’s a true fighter—her mind is sharp, her spirit is strong—but there are days when her body makes things unbearably hard. There are moments she can’t walk, and the constant movement and pain never truly stop. Yet, she still fights every single day.

My dad has been her rock—her caregiver, her partner, her anchor. They’ve learned to lean on each other in ways that inspire me more than words can say. From them, I’ve learned what it truly means to fight and to never give up.

I love them more than I can ever express, and I hope they feel nothing but joy and love today. @ssmart619 loves you both to pieces. ❤️
