🎶 Dj Forgi- R&B Vibes
Experience After 30 is for the grown R&B crowd that still wants to go out, have a good time, and hear the music we actually love.
This is a 30+ R&B experience — no Top 40, just REAL R&B. From the 80s 90s and 2000s to the B-sides, slow jams, and records you forgot you loved.

If you’ve seen DJ Forgi on TikTok, you already know the vibes. Now it’s time to experience it in person.
Come dressed, grab a drink, grab some food, sing your heart out, and enjoy a room full of grown people who came for the same reason — THE R&B.

Staying committed to finishing my Bachelor of Science in Sociology degree after stepping away for many years was not easy. I navigated single motherhood, life’s lows, grief, and the process of rebuilding a broken spirit into a renewed woman—one who took control, stayed determined, and maintained a can-do attitude.
The loss of my mother brought me to some of my lowest moments, but the strength I witnessed in her countless times reminded me to keep going and follow through. Once the noise around me settled and the gift of peace filled my spirit, I was ready to fulfill a longtime promise I had made to myself and my parents.
My emotions were high, and at times I felt stuck because the moment had finally come to be honored with my degree, yet my mother wasn’t physically present. My village is amazing for encouraging me to push through and attend my graduation.
Although my mother wasn’t there physically, I felt her spirit with me, and her light carried me. The tears stopped flowing, and I shined so brightly. I know she’s proud of me, along with my father. He had the biggest smile on his face, and in that moment, I saw my mother shining through him. I’ll never forget this moment🥹
My children have always been my light, inspiring me to reach for higher heights. I encourage them to soar, and I had to remind myself that I, too, could continue to soar. It is truly never too late.
Thank you to my husband, children, family and close friends for supporting me throughout this chapter of my life. This was a quiet journey for me sharing very little on this chapter in my life, but to the ones who knew THANK YOU🙌🏽🙏🏽😚 You understood how deeply this meant to me and walked this journey alongside me. I am forever grateful.

This wasn’t easy, but my faith, prayers, strength, and God’s grace carried me through.

Happy 25th Birthday, Alysah! 🥳🎉💞
I can’t believe my second heartbeat has reached this incredible milestone. ☺️ I’m so incredibly proud of you. You’re my mini-me, living life fully and fearlessly.
Geesh, time has flown by! From dancing throughout the house, wearing all my heels, and having fashion shows with all your Barbie and Bratz dolls dressed to the nines—those memories will forever hold a special place in my heart.
Fast-forward to today, and you continue to amaze me with all your academic achievements. You’re on the final stretch toward yet another higher degree, which will undoubtedly align you with the amazing future God has prepared for you.
Keep soaring higher, my love. May God’s grace and light cover you every step of the way, guide your decisions, strengthen your heart, and open doors filled with purpose and blessings. Your dedication to your future is truly admirable.
I love you endlessly.

Friendships come and go, but God’s divine timing brought our paths together in the 9th grade—and over 30 years later, He continues to bless our friendship. We’ve journeyed through life as single mothers, supported one another through every twist and turn, and stood together through it all. I’m forever grateful and thankful to call this beautiful soul my friend for life. 🙏🏽💕🤗 #loveyouDane #blessedfriendship
