The newest addition to the Dynasty. ❤️ Loved from his great-grandmother to his grandmother and beyond.
Everything I’ve done—and everything I continue to do—has never been about me. It’s about building something bigger than myself, creating a legacy, and preparing those from family members, youth, to community coming behind me to carry it forward long after I’m gone.
That’s the real Dynasty. That’s the legacy. ❤️

This is what it looks like when your mom is your business partner.

We started running estate sales together because we kept seeing the same thing. A family loses someone. They inherit a house. The house is full. Nobody knows what to do. So they let it sit.

Or someone is downsizing. They’ve lived in the same house for 30 years. The kids are grown. The rooms are full. And they need someone to help them sort through it all without rushing them or making them feel like their memories don’t matter.
We step in before it gets overwhelming.

We sort everything. Price it. Run the sale. Clean the property out. And if the family wants to sell the house, list it, or hold it as a rental, we handle that too.

Estate sales. Property cleanouts. Downsizing services. Probate support. Full-service home transitions in the DMV.

This is Eminent Estates. Mother-daughter built.

Shoutout to our mentor @blackunicorninvestor for putting us on game. Holla at him if your in the DFW area!

What’s the wildest thing you’ve ever found at an estate sale?

What a historic moment for basketball. Huge congratulations to the ultimate GOAT, Diana Taurasi, on an unbelievable WNBA career and having her jersey retired into the Phoenix Mercury Ring of Fame! 🐐🔥 @dianataurasi

It has been an absolute privilege to watch you play, lead, and inspire young women all over the world. You are, without a doubt, my favorite women’s basketball player of all time and the absolute greatest to ever step on the court. 🏀

I also want to send a massive congratulations to the legend Bridget Pettis on her own illustrious career and the incredibly special honor of inducting Diana into the Ring of Honor today. Two absolute trailblazers sharing the stage. 🙌 @iambridgetpettis

As a proud #GirlDad, moments like this mean everything to me. I want to send a huge shoutout and endless love to women all across the world, thank you for your strength, your leadership, and for constantly inspiring the next generation. Keep breaking barriers!
💪👑

Finally, a major shoutout to the @phoenixmercury and the entire @cityofphoenixaz for paying proper homage and giving Diana her flowers. You did it right. 🧡💜

#DianaTaurasi #WNBA #PhoenixMercury #RingOfFame much love and respect to WomenInSports and all Basketball Legends
