Live in St Augustine ? Come train with us for a month. On us. If you’ve been wanting to get back into a routine—or feel like you’re putting in work without a clear direction—we’d love to help you get started. At KTLYST, we put real thought into your training. Our programming builds from week to week, with a purpose behind what you’re doing and coaches who help you understand it, move well, and know when you’re ready for more. Small classes mean we get to know you: your goals, your starting point, and when you need encouragement or a push. It’s the closest thing to personal training in a group, with people around you who make showing up something to look forward to. We want you excited about making progress—and setting goals you hadn’t considered before. With flexible scheduling seven days a week, let’s find a routine that fits your life. Start your FREE adult fitness month anytime in October or November. 📲 Call or text 904-201-9601, or DM us “TRIAL.” We’ll help you choose your first class. #904fitness #stauglocals #worldgolfvillage #murabella #stjohnscounty

Last Saturday was, inarguably, one of the best days of my life. 🌻💛 To every human who showed up and got into GOOD TROUBLE with us at our Ribbon Cutting + Birthday Bash: thank you. To everyone who volunteered, donated, fed us, cheered us on, and helped bring this day to life—you gave me something I will carry long after the decorations come down. Looking around at a community gathered around Genuinely Joey and the Sunflower Collective, I got to see a dream I have poured my heart into become something we could all stand inside together. People connecting, laughing, and showing our sunflowers what it feels like to have a community invested in their becoming. That means everything to me. And because you know I can’t even have a birthday party without slipping in some neuroscience… 😂🧠 Our brains tend to give extra weight to rewards available RIGHT NOW. But research shows that vividly imagining our future can help the brain’s memory and decision-making systems work together to make a larger, later reward more compelling. Giving ourselves a future to move toward can change what we choose today. (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov) Saturday gave that idea a heartbeat for me. All those decisions to keep going, practice patience, ask for help, and put another piece of this dream together became a day I got to experience fully, with people I love. This is why I get so loud about life redesign. We get to build lives we are excited to participate in. We get to become people we trust. We get to find our chosen family and make room for someone else at the table. That kind of delayed gratification? For me, it takes the cake every time. And on my birthday, that feels particularly appropriate. 🎂😂 Thank you for believing in this vision and helping it grow. I am so grateful I get to do this life with you. REDESIGN, BABY! SUNFLOWER POWER! 🌻💛#wedorecover #genuinelyjoey #viral #realreel

🌻 RIBBON CUTTING… BUT MAKE IT A PARTY. ✂️🎉 The Sunflower Collective, a Genuinely Joey property, is officially cutting the ribbon and we’re celebrating the only way we know how: with community, connection, sunflowers, and a little good trouble. 💚 📅 Saturday, October 10 | 1–4 PM 📍 989 Butler Ave | St. Augustine Come see what we’ve been building and celebrate with us: 🌊 32-ft waterslide, so bring your suit 🔥 S’mores fire pit + fun 🍹 Dry Bar sponsored by The Vibe Nutrition + STA Nutrition 🎟️ Our 50/50 Raffle winner will be announced LIVE Admission is FREE, but please register so we know you’re coming! 👉 GET YOUR FREE TICKETS HERE CAN’T MAKE THE PARTY? YOU CAN STILL GET IN ON THE GOOD TROUBLE. 😈🌻 Grab some 50/50 raffle tickets! Half the pot goes to one intentionally lucky winner, and the other half supports Genuinely Joey. And if you purchase $100 or more in raffle tickets, you could get rich-ish AND get a complimentary copy of our Good Trouble Adult Coloring Book. 😂🖍️ 👉 GET YOUR 50/50 RAFFLE TICKETS Genuinely Joey is an actual 501(c)(3) nonprofit. I don’t take a salary, and I don’t intend to. Dollars raised go back into the humans, programming, experiences, and work happening inside this organization. Humans in. Money out. That’s the whole damn point. Come celebrate what happens when sobriety becomes the starting line and humans get the structure, community, love, and opportunity to redesign what comes next. 🌻 Same mission. Brighter tomorrows. See you October 10. 💚 #wedorecover #viral #stanonprofit #realreel
