Less than 1 week team!! 🤸🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️
StrongLivingPT bring you another informative and fun workshop; The Stretch and Foam Roll workshop

We will cover some of the more popular questions the friendly neighborhood gym-goer has when it comes to these methods:

What are the benefits of stretching and foam rolling?

What’s the research on foam rollers have to say about it? How effective is it?

When should I be using it, before or after, or even during my workouts?

How long should I spend on the foam roller?

Taking place on the Saturday 27th April 2019 between 11:00am and 12:00pm.

Only £10 per person. Foam rollers available so don’t stress If you don’t have one, and they are for sale to.
The workshop takes place at FitnessHub in Preston Circus, Brighton. There are spaces for 10 people. Bookable online / pay on the day (DM to let me know your coming along 🤘🏼) #flexibility #workshop
