Too many people told me I wasn’t smart enough. That I would never get in. But others told me what I was capable of and encouraged me and believed in me.

Physical therapy school was the most challenging, yet rewarding couple years. It was full of self doubt, comparison, loneliness, and wondering how in the world I was going to do it. But it was also full of accomplishing things I didn’t realize I was capable of, meeting new people, and pushing myself to new limits.

I’m so proud for the person I’ve become because of this journey and I’m so excited to enter the profession of a physical therapist. I’m thankful for the memories I’ve made and the friends I’ve made.

What a testimony of Gods faithfulness and what He can do in your life when you never lose faith and stay the course. God is so good! 🙏🏼

Long caption incoming!!! What a ride the last 3 years have been. This has by far been the most challenging 3 years of my life, but the most rewarding. It is such an incredible feeling to have finally made it to the finish line in accomplishing a dream that I’ve been working towards for the last 10 years. There were countless times over the last couple of years that felt impossible to make it to the finish line, especially the numerous nights staying up into the early hours of the morning studying and maybe getting 3 hours of sleep at a time and many (many) stomach aches and parking garage mornings (if you know you know), but I wouldn’t change it for anything. Looking back to the first week of PT school and being absolutely terrified to even practice introducing myself as a student physical therapist to now stepping into my first year as a new grad PT and a clinician with my own patients. I could not be more excited to start my career helping people as they navigate their healing journeys.

To my family and friends - thank you so much for all of your encouragement throughout this process and never letting me give up even in the moments where I was convinced I’d never make it through. Thank you for staying up with me during the late nights studying, for quizzing me over FaceTime, and never letting me lose sight of why I went into this field in this first place.

To my mom and dad - thank you for picking up every phone call mid mental breakdown and reminding me that I could do it. Thank you for being there through the lows and celebrating every small win along the way. I’m so thankful to have both of you standing by my side through it all.

I am SO excited to finally be a DPT🥹❤️

2025, you beat my ass.

leaving this year focused on the small wins—running my first 5k, starting a novel i’ve always wanted to write, teaching my first pilates class, grateful that i was able to travel even if it wasn’t the amount that i wanted to, and most of all happy to be surrounded by good quality family and friends.

Term 6✅ officially done w the didactic portion of PT school!!!!

What do you mean we never have to go to class again??? I blinked and 2 years went by like that - hardest but most rewarding two years of my life. It’s a crazy feeling to finally be done with something that we’ve spent so long working so hard for & now we get to go put it all into practice!!

2 clinicals & then we graduate 🤓🤓🤓🤓 see u soon Tampa xoxo

Officially done with the didactic portion of physical therapy school…
The last two years have been such a whirlwind, from learning how to juggle school and life, moving to an entirely new city without knowing a single person, and just trying to keep up. Sometimes it seemed impossible but I’m so proud to be on this side of things and looking forward to being in the clinic now. I met some of the best people the last two years and this experience would not have been the same without them. Trauma bonded for life ❤️
Thankful for the opportunities I was given during this time and leaving Miami eternally grateful and heart is so full.

Bday week dump!! This is very diff from my normal posts.. no aesthetics, just everyone I love!! I’m so grateful for all my pookies that came to miami to celebrate with me and so happy I got to spend so much time with everyone I love this past week 🥹 It felt like we did 3 weeks worth of activities in 5 days.. I love you all soo much!!! I wish I took pics of everything we did and of everyone bc I’m missing so many ❤️
