For those who don’t know, I’ve officially made the move to Texas!
While I’m excited for what’s ahead, I need to pause and take a minute to thank Kratos. The relationships, memories, and growth has made it an awesome experience. I’m proud of all of you! Keep chasing growth—I’ll always be cheering for you 💪

Some awesome milestones within the least year!

- Marathon
- Market to market
- 500 lb deadlift
- Triathlon

Crossed a lot off the bucket list, excited to see what else I’m able to cross off 💪🏼

Very late 2023 recap, but what an amazing year training all these great athletes! So proud of all the hard work, consistency, and effort they’re putting in. Appreciate everybody I get to work with (and sorry to everybody I didn’t get a video of this last year)

The video is a very broad outlook into how I go about my training. Here’s the key points

- Teach patterns/movements
- Get strong/explosive in those angles
- Transfer qualities to sport

And once again, congrats to all the commits this last year! Pumped to watch you guys continue at the next level 💪🏼
