Premiere Napa Valley wrapped up on Saturday with the big auction. For those that don't know, the Napa Valley Vintners invites retailers, collectors, and media from all over the world to sample the latest vintage of Napa wines. Wineries also create special wines to be auctioned off as a fundraiser for local charities. This year, about $3 million was raised. The highest per-bottle price went to (my client) Fairest Creature selling for $1167 a bottle.

My favorite part of Premiere Week is getting out and seeing all my friends and clients again.

lucked out and had the best group attend our first botanical workshop🥹

At the start there was a bit of hesitation to whether or not the arrangements was possible to put together (when in doubt just glue more moss 😂) but look at those smiles and the end results!!! 🌟

So proud of my group for not minding getting a little dirty and truly giving into the creative process 🧑‍🎨 It was so much fun and I can’t wait to host more events in the future 🤩

If you’re interested in having a fun and easy botanical workshop for your work, office, clients, friends, and family; let’s make it happen 👏

Be on the lookout for our next event in November 🗓

BIG Congrats to the Vintage High Varsity Boys Basketball team on their successful season and winning the VVAL Championship!
.
They finished with an outstanding 13-2 record overall and 10-1 record in league play!
.
These guys have worked with us (with a few freshmen and JV players) since the latter part of 2020 3x per week, not knowing if they would even have a season or not but they continued to get after it and remain hopeful that they would indeed be able to play this year.
.
Guys, we are super proud of you and your dedication! Your commitment to training, even during the season, showed just how much you cared about your teammates and the health and well-being to play a full season firing on all cylinders.
.
Safe to say you guys EARNED this! Congrats on your season Coach Gongora and to all the boys who got after it with us these last several months! 🏀 💪👏🤘

Give it up for our October Athlete of the Month, Vintage High Sophomore Cole Capitani! Cole has made tremendous strides in his training. He trains 3x per week in addition to his school and other sport obligations. He also is another prime example of debunking the common myth that weight training stunts growth - he started with us right before going into high school around 6’0” and is now 6’6” 😳 Great job Cole!
