💚 £1,161 raised for @macmillancancer 💚 Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Coffee Morning on Sunday 🙏 It was really lovely to see so many faces enjoying some delicious cake 🍰

The generosity and helpfulness of people has been incredible. Thank you to @splashfaceandbodypainting 🐯 @sarahscoffeeshopcolchester ☕️ and @capelcastles 🏰 who supported the day.

🎟 Raffle prizes have been collected, delivered or posted. The majority of the raffle donations came from small local businesses who’s kind support is very much appreciated. Checkout the sponsors on my previous post.

🍰 A spectacular selection of cakes were kindly donated and throughly enjoyed by everyone! At the end of the event the remaining cake was taken to Capel Care Home & West Bergholt Cancer Ward at Colchester Hospital ❤️

Thank you EVERYONE 🙌

Exercise should be fun, invigorating and enjoyable! It’s human nature to sustain things that we like 🤍 and disconnect things that we dislike ❌

Stop your daily battle with food and exercise. Exercise and nutrition can be made so simple and that’s the key to achieving lasting results!

Lose weight, gain weight, start the diet, stop the diet. This negative pattern often happens as our choices are not realistic, sustainable and habits can not be formed.

Lasting results come from having the knowledge to make the right choices at the right time. Take the first step, reach out for advice and guidance from a qualified and experienced coach.

@rebeccasmithfitness is open!

I’ve talked about this day for the last 10 years and today I finally open the front door to “RS Fitness Studio”. A day where I get to share my passion with others and empower people to make positives changes in their lives!

Thank you to my family & friends, you guys have been awesome. Especially @benjaminncsmith who’s made equipment, laid floors and been my sounding wall for everything 😇

Now let’s get started! Today is a big day for so many small businesses and a day that everyone can take a step forward towards “normality” 🌎

▫️ While you’re queueing to get into Primark, sitting in a salon, or sat at your desk working...remember to set yourself a goal.
▫️Whether it’s nutrition, fitness or weight loss, today is the perfect day to start a new journey!

Good luck everyone! Today is exciting 🌈
