Morning black sesame seed drink with kiwi and apples. You can add a little honey or stevia if you want a little more sweetness. I’ve recently been making black sesame paste for added nutrients. It’s supposed to be great for hair too. Info and vid on following images. 1 cup of black sesame seeds, toasted for about 3-5 minutes careful not to burn or it will be more bitter. It takes a little patience to process it in blender. It took about 5 minutes. I pulse first, then run it a little longer with breaks to give the motor a break. You can add a little warm water to help make it a bit smoother.

Okay, the time has FINALLY come my friends!!! This video was taken at Paris Baguette bakery, while visiting family in Arizona awhile back. Some of you know how much I LOVE pastries, ESPECIALLY the Asian pastry kind! 30 seconds into video I mention how Nashville needs an Asian bakery. It’s one of the first things I looked up when we out here a little over 5 years ago and sadly I was disappointed.😢🤣 Well, GUESS WHAT!?! I just founds out today from the hubs that The Seoul, Korean based cafe will be opening a Paris Baguette location, right here in our hometown Franklin, TN!!!!!!!!!!!🤪

So the fact that I finally got my hair past my shoulders after all these years is 🤯 did I cure my skin condition? Not quite. Did I switch up my eating habits or start going to the salon more? Lol not so much. But I DID focus on scalp health for the last 3 years and I couldn’t be more proud of these little follicles growing at the fastest speed I’ve ever seen it go! BTW - last pic is EXTENSIONS 🥺 cuz I wanted long hair soooo bad and just couldn’t get it. I thought it was my genes 🥺 apparently not. #hairgrowthjourney

Have ya ever wondered why I run my IG the way I do? Here are reasons why I mix my business account with personal posts.

1. It’s more fun! I can use this account to express creativity and share my thoughts and ideas! Also people can more easily sense my excitement and passion about things because they get to see ME!

2. The relatability. I have been able to connect with SO MANY more people than I ever would have if I didn’t share personal life things!!

3. The trust factor. I am all about honesty and openness. I want people to know they can trust me and talk to me like you would any friend. Plus it’s more likely for someone to BUY from you if they TRUST you.

4. It’s less spammy and more attractive! Are you more likely to follow someone who just posts graphics of their product that you don’t care about OR someone who weaves in their product naturally with their lifestyle because it’s just that simple?! I know me personally, I want to see my friends businesses AND their faces.

5. It’s easier. Lol let’s be real, it’s so simple. I don’t have to heavily curate all of my posts ahead of time. I can just BE ME. If you’re multi-passionate you can post about multiple things and not throw off your audience 🤣 because it’s YOU! You can share whatever the heck you want 🥲🙂

It helps to have a product or business that works well with your current lifestyle (like, everyone already washes their hair 💁🏽‍♀️)
But ultimately , you can run your business how you want to! It’s YOUR business! & that’s the beauty of it!
