We’re excited to share about our upcoming Monday Restore. Monday Restore is an evening devoted to remembering what the body already knows how to do when given the right conditions. Through breath, sound, movement, and temperature, we step out of constant stimulation and back into natural rhythm. The evening includes: • Guided breathwork to quiet the mind and settle the body • A dance gathering where movement arises organically • A live sound bath with the uber talented Wyetta Bontempo on the sarod, whose deep resonant tones support presence and embodied calm • Sauna to warm, soften, and release • Cold plunge optional as a contrast experience for clarity and circulation • Japanese soaking tub for integration and rest Date: Monday, 1/19/26 Time: 6:30–8:00 PM Where: Cam’s Place Donation: $16 Limited capacity. This gathering will fill. Sign up link in the bio- Presence over pressure Depth over speed
