no matter the season, God is still good. no matter the intense pain and struggle you walk in, He is still faithful. God is so kind to allow every single season to serve a very specific purpose. to further His kingdom. to glorify Him. to refine and shape me into the person He wants me to be. to pull me in closer to Him. to depend on Him. to trust His plan over my own. God has been reminding me that no matter the season of life i am walking through, He has allowed it. and i don’t want to miss what God is trying to teach me in this season. you don’t want to become so absorbed in your hardship that you completely miss what wonderful thing Jesus has in store for you because of what you’re walking through now. because every season has purpose! and praise God, He is not wasteful of your hard seasons if you let Him use it for your good.

God has been so good during a season of newness, hardships, and unknowns. He has held my hand and walked beside me as my Father. He has been my comfort. He has been my portion. Jesus took my mourning and truly turned it into dancing. He has given and continues to give me indescribable peace and joy! God has shown up for me in ways and through people i would have never expected, but i could not be more thankful. He has provided me with a community that only He knew i needed. He has blessed me with the sweetest most genuine friends, with people who love and care about others hard. with people who chase after the Lord’s heart and push me to do the same.

so I encourage you today, if you’re in a tough season, look to Jesus. He knows exactly what you need. Jesus knows how to love you in the very unique and specific way you need it. He can and does love you in a way that no human on this earth ever can or ever will.

81 years ago today, courage stormed the beaches of Normandy. What happened here on D-Day changed the course of history — not just for Europe, but for the world. Today, I’m honored to stand in this sacred place with @bestdefensefoundation, walking alongside WWII veterans who answered the call when freedom was under threat.

Not all of them landed here on June 6, 1944 — but every one of them fought for what this day represents: sacrifice, brotherhood, and the enduring power of duty. Being here with them is a humbling reminder that history isn’t just in the books — sometimes, it’s holding your hand. May we never forget the sacrifices made. 🇺🇸

Today was truly an unforgettable day with the @bestdefensefoundation and @bdf_nextgen We visited the Normandy American Cemetery — a place so stunning and peaceful it almost feels unreal. The sound of waves crashing in the distance, the birds singing above, and the wind weaving through the rows of white crosses… it’s hard to believe so much sacrifice lies beneath such beauty.

This land, now serene, once bore witness to the chaos, the courage, and the cost of freedom. Thousands of brave souls rest here — many who never made it home, many whose names we’ll never know — and yet they gave everything.

I want to take a moment to say three very important thank yous:

🙏 Thank you, Major Thomas D. Howie — “The Major of St. Lo.” Learning your story, researching your life, and honoring you with a speech today was an incredible privilege. You led with unmatched bravery, and your sacrifice will never be forgotten.

🙏 Thank you, 1st Lt. Carter W. Wall. It was an honor to visit your grave today and pay respects on behalf of your family. Your legacy lives on in the hearts of those who remember you, and I’m especially thinking of @avewall10 @staceywall10 and the rest of the Wall family — your sacrifice means everything.

🙏 Thank you to the unknown soldiers — those whose crosses are marked “Here rests in honored glory a comrade in arms known but to God.” You may be unnamed, but you are not unloved. We remember you. We honor you. We carry your legacy.

Today reminded me that freedom isn’t free — and we must never forget the names, the stories, and the lives behind it. 🇺🇸
