The most fun half marathon I’ve ever done 🏅🏃‍♀️

Equally the half marathon I shouldn’t have run but ooops I started with the plan to DNF but the atmosphere, running along some of the best people it was hard to not just carry on🤪

Here’s to remembering fitness, running, events - it doesn’t have to be so serious, it doesn’t need to be your best fastest or longest run, you can just do it for fun!

I am so so proud of everyone who ran yesterday and coming together as a big team and for supporting me but more importantly being proud of themselves for their own race, pbs, first ever races and joining for the run and good vibes!!

There is no way could I have finished the half marathon without running along side some of the relay team each leg of the race, it really felt like it summed up what fitness means to me.

To me fitness, exercises, running is all about connection to ourselves, socialising with others and proving our selves we can do hard things!!!!

The past few months I haven’t been well and I have barley exercised let alone trained, I probably had my longest stint of no exercise ever in my life - so yesterday was a special moment to have finished the race and it really was the special people along the way that made it happen!

All in aid of mid Kent mind which makes it even more special and just is that extra touch of support towards our mental wellbeing! As the ASF we still have one more run to go - I’ll be cheering on the side lines for that one and we already have raised £850 @midkentmind which is incredible ✨

I’m excited to announce our 2026
Team Alicia Stewart Fitness!!!

Together we will be raising money in aid of @midkentmind over The Big Half Marathon, The New Balance Relay and The Folkestone Half!

What makes fitness and exercise so special to me and why I am so passionate is how it allows us to be proud of ourselves, be proud of what our bodies can do, connect with others and enhance and improve our mental health and these events and this team is exactly the sum of it all!

From people’s first 5ks, first races, to first half marathons and for others bringing them back and confidence into running, I’m already so proud and excited for the next few months ahead!

@midkentmind is a charity close to my heart, as a big advocate for therapy and mental health this is a charity that supports exactly that and rely a on fundraising to be able to give the support it does and I’ve see first hand the amazing support they provide!

All together we are raising money and are truly so grateful for any donations and we thank you for you support.

Please see the donation link in my bio or in the comments below 🫶🫶

UMT PRACTITIONER COURSE – JUNE 1ST–5TH

This isn’t just a course…
This is where lives change. Including yours.

For the last few years, I’ve been quietly refining something powerful…
A system that helps people break anxiety, phobias, trauma, low self-worth… FAST.

Now I’m opening the doors again.

June 1st–5th
5 days that will completely shift how you see the mind, people… and yourself.

You’ll learn how to:
Rewire the unconscious mind
Eliminate fears & phobias
Use visualisation & the RAS to create real change
Speak directly to the unconscious using powerful language patterns
Turn this into a high-income skill helping others

This is for you if:
– You want to become a therapist
– You want to add powerful tools to your current coaching
– Or you’re ready to finally take control of your own mind

I’ve helped thousands of people change their lives…
Now I’m teaching YOU how to do it.

⚠️ Limited spaces (I keep these groups tight for a reason)

If you’re feeling called… that’s not by accident.
