What a beautiful way to spend a life. Loving people. 🤍

We get to do this. It’s a choice, a good one.

We believe love is something we practice. In how we show up, how we listen, how we hold space, and how we treat one another.

And if we can send a little more of that love out into the world, one gathering, one connection, one woman at a time, then we’re doing exactly what we came here to do.

There’s something about sitting in a circle of women and realizing you don’t have to have it all figured out to belong. 🤍

An evening of slowing down, sharing our stories, and making our own oracle cards with messages we needed to hear.

Thank you @sacredwomancollective and @stacilevine for bringing us together, and @with.claudiawhitney for facilitating such a beautiful creative experience. Loved sharing this evening with @intrinsicparenting too.

More evenings like this. More women in each other’s corners. More reminders that we don’t have to do life alone.

I’m back from hosting my retreat in South Africa with nine gorgeous souls, feeling more expanded than ever and ready for deeper, in-person connection and soul-level creativity.

I can’t wait to bring that energy to a women’s circle here in LA this Thursday!

My friend Staci (@stacilevine_) has created a beautiful community ⇢ @sacredwomancollective, and I’m honored to join her as a special guest.

We’ll begin with meditation and gentle breathwork, then explore intuition and creativity as we each create an oracle card with a message that feels meaningful right now.
