That’s a wrap! From 6 years old to last night. LAX has brought countless games, trips, friendships, memories, heartaches, wins, losses, injuries and so many important life lessons! Proud of how our boy has managed thru it all- hard work, dedication, teamwork, perseverance and setting an example on and off the field. It is true- don’t blink! It all goes by in a flash. Try and enjoy it all! Onto the next chapter!

🌟 Member Spotlight: Stacy Nelson 🌟
If you’ve ever walked into class and instantly felt the energy level go UP—you can thank Stacy. 🙌 She’s living proof that fitness is about attitude as much as reps. 💪✨

Stacy is an uplifter, the type of teammate who cheers the loudest, high-fives the hardest, and somehow makes burpees… fun?! (We didn’t think it was possible either. 😂)

We’re so lucky to have her in our GCF family—because when Stacy shows up, the whole room shines brighter. Keep bringing that fire, Stacy—you inspire us all! 🔥❤️

Semifinal in the books, thanks to Miki and Kate’s patience, time and dedication to their athletes. Despite the goat rodeo of certifications, film, movement standards and measurement requirements, they pulled it off flawlessly. Regardless of how we finish (TBD tomorrow I think), we’ve already won the CrossFit games! We belong to an amazing, talented, knowledgeable, dedicated, supportive and inspiring community that beats any other box, hands down, along with the best coaching crew around. We are blessed to call GCF our home and our people! Love you guys! Thanks for everything!
