Swiss eats & drinks!!! We tried three different sausages at @zeughauskeller and they were all phenomenal. Also German potato salad hits different—in the best way. When in Switzerland…. cheese fondue is a MUST. S/o @schutzen.restaurant for the post-engagement vat and bottle of bubbly 🤭 First soup of the season from @zeughauskeller! The savory mousse on top?! Divine. Give @le_mazot_zermatt a Michelin star for real like this was one of the top 10 meals I’ve ever had in my entire life. Mushroom risotto and… The BEST chicken and mashed potatoes Spritz with a view!! There’s no better way to start the day than with a pastry (savory preferred) and a coffee—esp in Europe at @babus_bakeryandcoffeehouse in Zurich Okay we found the most delicious tacos at a random Mexican restaurant in the Zurich suburbs?!?! @lataqueria.ch bless you the hidden gem your are Could drink pornstar martinis on the patio at @harrysskibar all day everyday One of the best things I ate on the entire trip was this sausage roll from @fuchs.zermatt.bakery. It will live in my head rent free forever The most comforting leek, potato and cheese pie from @stadelzermatt with a bottle of red of courseeee Did have to try a bit of the pain au chocolat at @babus_bakeryandcoffeehouse and it did not disappoint Insanely good Italian food at @santaluciaschweiz. I went with the red pesto pasta topped with a healthy amount of burrata A fun lil grapefruit spritz situation from our hotel bar in Zermatt, 22 Summits Post-hike sammie never looked so gooodddd (@fuchs.zermatt.bakery croissant, cheese, ham, mayo) Takeaway food (not “to-go,” don’t get it twisted) in Europe is just on another level. First bite of the trip was a beef shawarma wrap from @takeitdoner that immediately blew my mind Euro breakfast > American breakfast

A weekend of tradition and folklore! 🎭🇨🇭 This weekend, the whole village comes alive – Trachten, alphorns, and the big parade right through town. Watch it all unfold from Mama’s sunny terrace, drink in hand – or grab a spot at Elsie’s or Hexenbar along the route (Hexenbar opens early at 1:30pm on Sunday, just in time). Craving something classic Swiss for the occasion? Head to Stadel Zermatt. Once the parade’s done, treat yourself to Italian at Grampi’s. However you spend it, this is Zermatt at its most traditional. ❤️ Tag someone you’d love to watch the parade with 👇🏼 . #zermatt #folklorefestival #zermattfolklore #julengroup #swisstradition

Restaurant Stadel ✅ .

🧀🔥 Florian Brigger, a raclette chef at Stadel Zermatt, always finds the right words to describe his beloved raclette. 🧀🔥

Distance makes the difference: Too close = too hot. Too far = too slow. Find the sweet spot – and your raclette will turn out just right: evenly melted and full of flavour.

Florian Brigger knows best… Florian Brigger knows best… 🧀✨ When it comes to Valais raclette tradition and the art of scraping perfectly melted cheese, few can match him. We met him at Stadel Zermatt – where he serves raclette with true passion. And rightly so, because he knows: this dish can be so much more than you think.

📍 Zermatt, Switzerland 🇨🇭 🇬🇧 A few raw, imperfect-but-real snapshots from Zermatt - especially from our room at @welschenzermatt, where the Matterhorn greets you right from bed 🏔️. Plus our first taste of a proper, rich Swiss cheese fondue 🫕 at @stadelzermatt - with the finest furry companion who joined our table 🐈. . Closing out 2025 feeling incredibly grateful (and very well fed). From Milan to Zermatt and Montreux, and closer to home in Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, this year let me travel, explore, and try things I’ll be thinking about for a long time. Somewhere between the countless lobster rolls this summer and a seafood tower I still can’t get over, I’m pretty sure this was the best seafood year of my life. More than anything, I’m thankful for the experiences, the people, the places, and the meals that turned into memories. Shout out to all the people I’ve shared a meal with this year :) On to whatever’s next… and whatever’s on the menu. Goals and Mottos for 2026: • have more fun creating • worry less about aesthetics • stop caring what people think • done > perfect What’s your 2026 goal(s)? #2026 #newyear #happynewyear
