Who else training harder in your 30s than you did in your 20s? 😅

3 workouts. 3 jobs. 34 years old.

Still training like an athlete, and still feeling strong. Your 30s aren’t the decline, they’re the prime. Your joints might talk back a little more, but your body can still do more than you think.

Respect it. Take care of it. You’ll go far. 💪

I really can’t express enough gratitude for all the love and support I’ve received over the past 11 months of creating content.

For someone to take time out of their day to watch my videos, engage, and even become a friend is something I’ll never take for granted. We’re building this together from DAY 1.

To my family, my friends, and this community: I will forever be grateful for your beautiful souls. I’m just a boy from the 🇵🇭 trying to build a dream.

A single stick is easily broken, but a bundle of sticks is unbreakable. 🫶🏼

@stadion_us family forever.

Had to prove them wrong @strava

This was exactly a year ago when i decided i’m going to stop drinking alcohol.

Started running less than 6 months ago barely able to finish a mile.

Most mornings I train waking up at 5am before my full time job even when I don’t want to. I had a goal to finish sub 4, but this is a big W for me.

Crossing the finish line gives you flashbacks of those solo training sessions finally paying off. 🫶🏼

Here are 3 non-negotiables I’m focusing on right now as an exit plan:

1. Liquidating the clutter (Using the Depop rule to clear space and fund the next move)
2. Building my own thing (Turning ideas into actual products)
3. Guarding my engine (Physical health comes before the hustle)

I’ve always been told to go to school and work hard for someone else until you retire. I knew that was never for me. I’m finally taking the steps toward financial freedom.

3 things I’m doing:

1. Purging (Depop rule)
2. Building a product
3. Taking care of my health

And I’m learning along the way.

I think we deserve the life we want, but we still have to make it happen.

I hate just sitting around. If you’re an active person, forcing yourself to rest is harder than the actual training.

I’ve got a marathon in 5 days, and the taper-week madness is real. Recovery right now isn’t about doing nothing; it’s about being brutally intentional with nutrition, supplements, and protecting my body so I don’t blow it on race day.

These are the exact things I use.

What’s your go-to ritual during taper week?
